I stayed here for one night to meet up with friends who were in Glasgow for the weekend. The hotel and staff were friendly however the bathroom in my room was a little dated/tired however it was very clean which is the main thing. I had breakfast included however didn't eat there as I ate breakfast with friends in the city centre.

Great hotel and lovely staff, room on 2nd floor had some back ground road noise but to be expected in a building of this age, good 2 nights of sleep and excellent restaurant will stay again. No parking issues on top of waitrose top floor

Whilst the Hotel is of a good standard overall it is in need of renovation. The fabric of the Hotel is showing signs of wear and tear. Things like bathroom fittings, extractor fans and the lifts are old, tired; needing repairs.

Overall a great stay, wee mishap with parking swiftly rectified by Tom. Saturday night was a bit noisy with other guests, however the location is great so would not deter me from staying again. Would request a quiet room at the back next time.

Lovely hotel, I felt very welcomed by the staff despite arriving looking a bit dishevelled on arrival and feeling out of place. Old school vibes and definitely seems to be favoured by an older generation than me (40m) but very comfortable, great location next to the Botanical Gardens and Oran Mor. Super spot for stays in the west end.

Dirty room. Over priced for what it was. My minivan fitted under the height restriction to get into the hotel's multistorey car park, but then got wedged going up a slope to the hotel's parking floor. Nowhere else to park it.
