Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was fresh and a good variety on the menu. Pool area was nice, not too busy and clean.

Beautiful room with sea view - newsletter was a nice touch as delicious- delicious breakfasts esp the smoked haddock & poached eggs. Spa was so relaxing and staff throughout were so helpful

I would have given 5 star's but found that this hotel's quality of customer service could be vastly improved by hiring more staff. This is most evident at breakfast when there's no one available to clear tables. This is a lovely hotel in a lovely location so please don't let the standard slip .Well done to the staff who are doing their best.

Everything was great, just too many young unexperienced staff, making restaurant and bar service slow.

Beautiful Hotel in an equally beautiful location, good clean pool and Spar facilities. Rooms beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. Most staff were friendly, polite and welcoming. We did find that the Continental Breakfast Buffet was somewhat lacking in choice, the cooked breakfasts were good but a little overcooked. Unfortunately we did find that some staff were lacking attention to detail, we were given sour milk for our Tea/Coffee at breakfast! When we brought this to the staff attention the milk was replaced with another jug…..which also turned out to be just as sour! I was then informed that the dates on the milk bottles were all in date and was offered ‘milk alternatives’ which I politely declined as all I really desired was Fresh milk for my coffee, we were then brought a third jug of milk which thankfully was fresh. We booked an afternoon Tea to celebrate a Birthday and I would recommend this to anyone staying at this Hotel as it was Plentiful and absolutely delicious. We payed for this at time of booking on the day before the Tea. Unfortunately on checking our bank account on the day after, we discovered that the Hotel staff had taken another payment from our account! So we were charged twice for one booking! This was quickly resolved at reception on our checkout and then refunded back onto our payment method. So all in all, yes I would definitely go back to this Hotel, but, I would book room only and go somewhere else for Breakfast.

Very highly recommended. The hotel has had a spruce up since I was last here and she's looking lovely. Very comfy beds and powerful shower with nice products. Great spa. Food and cocktails both delicious. Everyone super friendly and helpful. With local people coming in to use the pool or have a drink at the bar, it feels like part of the town as well rather than just a tourist enclave. We will be back.

What a wonderful hotel - despite my stay being very short I was made to feel very welcomed and comfortable. Rooms here are very spacious and clean. Breakfast was very very good! I didn’t manage to go into the spa but this looked very pleasant. Hotel is quiet and peaceful and right next to the golf clubs and sea views

Beautiful rooms. Excellent food. Friendly, helpful staff.

The room we were allocated was above the kitchen area where the extractor fans are located now they are large and noisy, our small room needed the window to be open but this wasn’t practical as the noise was unbearable! The hotel is looking tired and needs an upgrade, their 4 star status comes from the beautiful location and views. A very expensive one night stay left us more than a little disappointed!

This is a gorgeous beachfront hotel . The pool area and spa area were immaculate and very relaxing. The staff were very accommodating . Breakfast was served in a bright conservatory style dining room and was delicious

Very nice hotel in a great location in Nairn. Room was need and clean. Newly remodeled bathroom, comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast.

Lovely hotel situated on the water with fantastic views - worth eating in the restaurant to benefit from these! Room was comfortable - felt that a mini fridge was missing but that was the only gripe. Lovely breakfast with great service from the waiting staff.

Hotel was lovely and food was great. Unsure if they have issues with staffing but it seemed a bit tense between some members and being a bit short staffed.

This was our first visit to this hotel and it hopefully won’t be our last. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was cosy, clean and tastefully decorated. The swimming pool area was a lovely space to use with beautiful views out to the sea. The location was perfect for walks along the stunning beach or into Nairn itself. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and we hope to return again in the near future.
