Had a great stay room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Most of the staff were great apart from a couple at breakfast hardly spoke when I spoke to them and very miserable not one smile and I have an infectious smile.

We went for our 5 year anniversary as we married in that hotel 29.11.20. We advised the hotel of this st the time if booking. We were given an adjoining room to a suite and although the door was locked you could hear everything ! Breakfast was limited they ran out of items. No ketchup at all.

We were in 101 which was compact but first impressions was it was clean, neat and tidy, but no controls for the heating so was very hot during the night and when you opened the window the traffic noises was so loud and so we didn't have much sleep by then the room was claustrophobic

Really friendly staff that can’t do enough to help you. Hotel was clean and tidy as was the room. We had a family room which was spacious and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to freshen up the mattress on the sofa beds as it wasn’t the comfiest sofa bed I’ve ever slept on.

The food was pretty good. The staff was amazing. Great story, but the rooms are no bigger than a very small dorm room and needs serious updates. Pillows are old and flat. The room was not big enough to even put two suitcases down on the floor. The bathroom was so small. I couldn’t even take a shower in there because I was so claustrophobic. With that said. The staff is amazing.

The area was perfect for us. The service in the restaurant could have been better. The staff were extremely friendly but the service was slow and staff often did not know the answers to our questions. The shower was useless ~ no water pressure.

We had a small family room and the sofabed was very uncomfortable and basically the springs are damaged. We received an email from the hotel asking if we were interested in an upgrade. I emailed and asked about the offer but the hotel didn't respond to me.
