Room was clean, air con worked fine, didn't use laundry service

Heating was easy to control. Room was clean and all public areas were very well presented and maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Poor climate control in the room. A sweaty 21 degrees at night and baby was overheating. Could t change the individual wall unit in the room As it was fixed and locked out. Called down to reception 1am who changed the masted thermostat to 19c which helped but the aircon came on cold and dry which was not comfortable. Sore dry throats and baby now sick with cold and cough. Very uncomfortable night. Unfortunate couldn’t open any windows for fresh air. Breakfast incredibly disappointing compared to the Hampton by Hilton’s we stayed up before. Very limited options. Nothing healthy, no salad or veg, no oats or gluten-free options. Would not cater for allergies no request for the cooked breakfast as things were apparently prepared. Though I know they had a fully equipped kitchen outback and this was likely possible. Just had to eat ham and baked beans. Didn’t have the hotel getaway nice breakfast vibe that we are expecting.

The room was spotless & the staff just couldn’t have been more helpful.Had a late nights get hotel meal too which was super as after our long journey we were so very tired. We attended a family bereavement the funeral car picked us up at door of hotel & staff couldn’t have been more courteous & empathetic. Hotel ideally placed & super central. Well done Dundee Hilton & many thanks.

Amazing helpful staff, clean, quiet

Upon arrival the young man at the reception spoke in a rude manner demanding i provide card details which he said was for possible damages. This was for a room i paid weeks before arrival. Bathroom corners and edges riddled with black mould.

Friendly staff, great location, clean and a good breakfast buffet.

This is the BEST place to stay in Dundee! The location is convenient to everything you need, the amenities are great, and the free breakfast is delicious, as is everything we’ve tried from their dinner menu. But the thing that stands out the most here is the staff! They’re all incredibly friendly and helpful, and really make a hotel stay feel like home. Kinga, Luke, George, both of the Callums, Alex, Zosia, and the ENTIRE staff are all some of the best people we’ve met while traveling. We’ve now stayed here twice, for a total of about 4 weeks “living” in the hotel, and there’s not another place we’d rather be while in Dundee. Can’t wait to come back!

Reception staff excellent. Room clean, warm and relatively comfortable. Breakfast hot options limited for vegetarians but cold options available. Parking at hotel was great and very low price for 24 hours. Overall, great stay for the price paid, thank you!

Check in was fantastic the colleagues behind reception were so helpful and friendly. The room was fantastic as was the breakfast again the lady clearing the tables was so friendly. We stay in the hotel a lot as it is great
