Holiday Inn GLASGOW AIRPORT by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Property was in a great location but the building is a little bit tired. Bed was very comfortable.

The property was decent. But the room service rarely picks up the phone.

There was no fitted sheet on the bed. Door did not lock. Water wasn’t warm. King bed was just two twins pushed together

Super comfortable bed and quiet location. So convenient to be close to airport!

Great stay. Great food but it was very costly. Perfect location for getting to the airport on time. Will definitely stay again next trip.

Location great Hotel corridors depressing Room basic but clean and staff helpful Prior to stay i was sent an email saying that i could enjoy a smart tv with Netflix. This was not the case ....the tv remote didnt work. When staff tried to fix this basic tv was available but kept cutting out. Very disappointing. The room telephone was also dead. We were given a voucher for drinks as an apology. There was limited non alcohol choices so didnt really make up for our loss. The only attraction for us was the convenient location

The hitel was nice but the room was not very great we had a broken lampshade the towel warmer didnt work. I would give it a 5 out of 10

Perfect for an overnight stay before flight in the morning. Food very good in restaurant.

Wouldn’t stay here again. Our bed was uncomfortable, two twins put together. Bathroom extremely small. Towels were in short supply- only got one on second day. Room small. Far distance from everything. Positive- short walk to airport, staff at front desk very friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was good.

I needed wheelchair assistance and the night team worked really hard to help me with my bags and arranging for my wheelchair to pick me up from the lobby. When I really needed their help, they were there for me out of the goodness of their hearts. We can learn a lot from them.Thank you, night team!

Tired room but good location - food isnt great

Room was large with a king bed and very clean. A small fridge was a bonus. View from the large windows was lovely. The Hotel is in walking distance to attractions, cafes and restaurants. Very good to stop over for a few days.

Overall a great hotel and direct access to terminal 2. Very convenient. All staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. My only issue is that I upgraded to a king room and when I went to bed, I realized it was just two twins pushed together as I slowly sunk into the middle crack. While that aspect was disappointing, the positives outweigh it.

Right next to the airport. Clean and friendly.

Stayed here as we had an early morning flight the next day - brillant for close proximity to the airport terminal. Good hotel, friendly and helpful staff, and clean room.
