The hotel was nice and a good value. The bar was overpriced. Plenty of pubs and restaurants in the area. The area is undergoing a renovation so there was lots of construction nearby.

The hotel is very clean and well kept. The rooms are comfy and spacious enough. Basic but good enough for what you need for a weekend away. Would be better with a fridge in the room. The check in was disappointing, we arrived and they couldn't find our reservation by name or ref number. Eventually managed to find it. The lady on reception was quite cold and not particularly welcoming.

It's a very good hotel. Great location with loads of restaurants arround and in a walking distance to city center.Service was friendly and professional. Our room were good size, bright, airy and comfortable. On the last night, there were a little issue with the light but hotel staff sorted it out straight away and even gave us complimentary drinks for the inconvenience.
The only thing that could be improved is breakfast. Food was a bit over cook and coffee quality coud be a bit better which is pity.

Fantastic. Great perks for gold members, wonderful service, heavily discounted parking.
My only gripe is I did find some rogue hairs on the bathroom floor and on my duvet (i have short hair, these were long, so definitely not mine)
