Park Hotel

The bath plug wouldn't unplug after my bath. The walls were paper thin (I could hear next door snoring like I was sharing a bed with them!). The breakfast was unappetising and salty. I felt the room was chilly but I couldn't find a way to warm it up. There were three channels available on the telly. The pillows were flat and flimsy and there weren't any spare. The bed was in poor condition and fraying. The walls around the window were damaged with rawl plugs and holes. The room was poorly lit. I could go on. The only reason it's not 1 star is because the receptionist was fantastic, I got early check-in and she was extremely helpful and friendly. Well done that lady, you're doing a great job 😊

Stayed for a course in Falkirk for 2 night and couldn't fault the service, food and room. To see a hotel with a busy restaurant filled with local says it all!

Refurbished room, good buffet, great value.

Need better pillows. Need a place to put my soap and toiletteries inside the shower. Clean towels are placed on the shower floor!! Better hot water kettle.

The hotelnis a bit dated and tired inside and this is the same with the rooms. Staff were excellebt, but the place just needs a revamp and a sprice up asthisnis what lets it down. Its in a great licatin so feels like a lost opportunity. Beds were comffirtable but the room was tired and needed some tlc. Such a shame as the staff were excellent friendly and helpful

Perfect for a short stay

Room was adequate, pillows were very thin. Staff was great, very helpful. The breakfast included was the same every day, not alot of choices. Their coffee has a burnt taste to it and was undrinkable. The dinner menu was the same every night, food was good, not alot of vegatables.

The entire place is; “meh” in every category. Its a place to sleep and eat, nothing special at all. The room we got overlooked a staff working area and to get from the lobby to the room included a trip accross three sections of hallway with stinky carpeting.

I stayed in the hotel with my husband and children,for 3 nights there was no air conditioning, I was hot all night couldn’t get to sleep. One of my pillow had dry blood on it. When the staff came to do the sheets , they still didn’t change the pillow with blood on it. The breakfast wasn’t great, the coffee was not good. Eggs were horrible. Dinner wasn’t good either, they didn’t have much choice. For the amount we paid for the hotel wasn’t worth it.

Hotel needs an update especially for the price paid for a very basic room. The room was very basic small and dated. Staff were lovely and the evening food in the restaurant was good. The breakfast unfortunately wasn’t. Cold food even though I was up very early for breakfast.

Property is just tired, outdated and poorly finished, this place is in need of updating. Staff is friendly, breakfast below average.

This is a great place to stay for a short or long time, no one will regret it, everything is perfect

The room was a bit smaller than I was anticipating but I can't remember what option I might have selected. Breakfast was incredible though and the staff were really lovely.
