Beds were exceptionally comfortable, I wish the pillows were the same, service was fantastic, but I wish microwaves were available to the guests because my food was burnt and wasted twice since I could not personally check on it. Hot tub needs to be warmer, the rooms were a bit too toasty. Overall though amazing stay!!

Advertised as a hotel, but it is most definitely a hostel. I booked a double bedroom and in the room theres no lamps, only two wall sockets, and no bathroom in the room. I feel as though the photos are misleading in this sense as you share all bathrooms and toilets with the rest of the hostel. Mind you the entire floor (out of 3 floors) will share one toilet, or at least this was the case of the second floor. And even worse, there's no lock on the toilet, and the doors don't even touch when shut so someone else gets entertained whilst waiting at your expense. Oh and the showers on the second floors are like a gym where you have to push and water runs for 2 seconds at a time. The area around felt a bit sketchy and not the safest though there are shops close if you want to buy a snack or a drink. Went to the reception to ask for tap water, because theres nowhere to fill a bottle other than the automatic tap which only gives warm water, and ended up waiting for 15 minutes for someone to even show up. On a final note, please do not book this location if you are travelling with family and not booking the entire apartment. In the double bedroom there was the bed, three hangers, two sets of ear plugs, water, tissues, and a condom. I'll leave it at that.

We booked the hotel as advertised as a safe place for LGBT+ people, however neither me or my boyfriend felt this we where harassed while we were in one of the shared bathrooms on a different floor to our room as one of the toilets on our floor wasn’t working, I felt very unsafe, as well as this I had to hold the door to the toilet shut as there was no working lock on the door. When we were coming back into the hotel there was a crowd of drunk people standing in the doorway which also made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. All of the showers near our room were unclean and disgusting there was mould, the floors weren’t clean neither were the mirrors on the back of the door, there were cracks in the ceiling, the shower bases where also disgusting. The room its self was nothing like the photos we saw when we booked, the room was small had no amenities like a kettle or hairdryer. There was a bottle of water there which didn’t have a lid on and looked like it had been sat there for weeks. There was gum stuck on the floor of the room there was mould on the window in the room, it was also dusty especially at the radiator. There was also a screw loose on our door handle which wasn’t great it shows the upkeep of the room isn’t really there. When we went to the one working toilet on our floor that we could get access to in the morning before we left it was absolutely disgusting rubbish everywhere and just unclean. The staff as well weren’t very attentive at all. Overall very disappointed

Great stay overall! The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, within walking distance of many tourist attractions, which made exploring really convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. Our room was spacious and comfortable, which we really appreciated. One surprise was that the shower was located outside the room, which wasn’t very convenient, and the water wasn’t quite hot enough. It would also be a nice touch if there were a dedicated family room available for daily use. Despite these small issues, we had a pleasant stay and would consider returning.

The biggest problem is that the property does not explicitly say that the rooms are located above a nightclub. The noise and bass vibrations can last till 3-4am, no earplugs can help with this.

The hotel's in a prime central location within walking distance to plenty of clubs, restaurants and shops. It's everything you need for an overnight stay. Unfortunately for having communal bathrooms, one stall's lock is broken and another was out of toilet paper which was a bit of a bother considering there was three stalls overall.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT stay in this hotel on Friday or Saturday night. There is a nightclub directly below and the booming dance music will keep you awake until 3 AM and then about an hour and a half after that, the club goers are out on the street in front of your hotel screaming and yelling and still partying. You will not be able to sleep until 4:30 in the morning - it is horrible. F***ing horrible. You might as well be inside the club trying to sleep. I paid for two nights at this hotel in a private room with a private bathroom. I left after the first night of staying there (Friday night). I did not care that it was nonrefundable. It was worth it to pay for a more expensive hotel and lose that money I paid the Revolver for Saturday night. I cannot speak for the other nights of the week. I was not there. But I will never stay at this hotel again. NEVER.

I rebooked after a brilliant stay in their Apartment before, but this was not the experience I hoped for. Room wasn't what I'd requested, they did offer to move me the second day but wasn't really worth it so I stayed put. I appreciated the offer though. Shared bathroom was one tiny toilet (smelt horrendous, didn't look clean) with shower and sink between ALL the rooms on that floor. The only other one was out of service. Whole place was boiling hot it was obnoxious and no air con. Otherwise generally fine but wouldn't recommend unless you go for the apartment or a room with en suite. The entry way stank of smoke, and the whole time there were about 20 bags of laundry stacked up cluttering the place, clearly their pickup never came. Sadly disappointing compared to previous.

Super clean and very comfortable — it felt more like a hotel than a hostel. The bed was excellent, and the staff were really nice and welcoming. I also really enjoyed the bar and the communal areas — they’re cosy, lively, and offer plenty of entertainment, clearly designed with guests in mind. The location was great — right in the heart of the city and close to everything. I’ll definitely be back!

When we arrived the hallway with bathrooms and showers smelled horrible. I actually couldn’t go into the bathroom without gagging. I complained to the front desk and they said someone would sort it but as a first impression that was not great. It also is not a hotel it is a hostel. This is strange as there is no shared kitchen space or area to make tea/coffee. The light in our room was flickering and there was a corner in the room which lacked floorboard. I think the website is slightly misleading as, yes the hostel is in the club district, but it is directly above a nightclub. You can feel the floor shake and hear the music. At least they provide earplugs. For the price (£88) you can find much better actual hotels with private bathrooms and better amenities in Glasgow. I explained all this to staff at checkout as I wasn’t happy with my stay and the reply was “oh ok. Thanks for feedback”. I did appreciate the free Prosecco for Valentine’s Day but I would not stay here again.
