Excellent, spacious room which was very clean as was the en suite bathroom. There was a good breakfast menu and the cooking was very good. The location just off the central market place is excellent and it is a good spot for exploring the Borders. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful.

Nice big old house. Very nice big Library suit, good shower. Nice Robin running the place. Nice big excellent breakfast. No complaints at all :-)

Nice room with lots of character, a well prepared breakfast with ample choice you only had to ask Robin and he would try to cater for any taste, The location was ideal only a short walk to the centre, and many places to visit in the surrounding area. Robin was a most genial host and a wealth of knowledge about the area, will be returning again

We had a wonderful stay at the Old Priory. The room is so spacious and luxurious. Robin is such a kind, knowledgeable host. He so looked after us. I loved a delicious cooked breakfast each morning. The Old Priory is two minutes walk from Kelso's Main Square. The house has a beautiful back garden

A very warm welcome to a beautiful house well placed on the centre of Kelso. Free of road parking and good breakfast. Have already booked to return!
