L’emplacement est correct proche du centre de mbour et de saly. La situation sur la plage est un plus. Par contre, il semble que l’immeuble abritant les chambres ne soient pas sécurisé au niveau électrique. Dans notre première chambre, le gérant a allumé le chauffe eau a notre demande, ce qui a eu pour effet de m’électrocuter car j’avais le pommeau de douche a la main ! Il a alors condamné tout le premier etage en attendant le reparateur, en nous proposant de déménager au rez-de-chaussée. Et la dans cette nouvelle chambre : prises descellées du mur, fils électriques apparents et dénudés dans les lampes, … Il est urgent que le propriétaire, où qu’il se trouve, fasse le nécessaire pour accueillir les visiteurs en toute sécurité.

Hotellet er, hvad man betaler for. Generelt var værelserne fine nok. Møblerne var af lidt ældre stand, men det har også sin charme. Deres mad var meget god. Dog forstår personalet på stedet ikke et ord engelsk. Hotellets manager var god til at hjælpe med at bestille taxi og komme i naturreservater. Beliggenheden var dog det mest fantastiske. Lige ned til stranden.

Hotellet er meget traditionelt senegalesisk, og som ikke er underkastet europæisk turismes normer. Køkkenet har en god daglig menu, som man selv kan sammensætte. Derudover et fint spisekort mm.. til rimelige priser Vi er omgivet af palmer og udskårne skulpturer. Der fejes, vandes og rengøres hele tiden. Hotellet er i gåafstand fra Mbour Centrum og marked og langt fra "turistfælden" i Sally.
