Walls are not sound proof, internet can get difficult to connect, and build quality is not great BUT I loved staying here. Staff is amazing, gym is amazing, rooms are super comfortable, and room service is great.

I was in the hotel to recover from hip replacement therapy, so I was temporarily using a walker. The staff was amazing! Each and every one I met went out of their way to help me or to offer help, from the waitress at the breakfast buffet to housekeeping to the front desk. They helped me to change money in order to pay my hospital bill, escorted me to a local bank and back again, and ensured that everything went right despite a multitude of opportunities for it to go wrong. I most highly recommend the Sheraton Novi Sad.

It was great. Breakfast was good. Should have better coffee options. I was in suite and giant bathtub with no bubbles to put in which ducks. Had to fix my self the drain to kerp the water in a tub. Other then that it was great place.
