YASAD Luxury Beach Residence

The room was clean and serviced daily by friendly staff. The location is lovely and quiet with a nice beach with safe swimming directly outside. The perfect place to relax and unwind.

Nora and team were lovely. Apartments were comfortable and clean. Internet on the island is very spotty so our expectations were set and we didn't expect to have much there! Nora cooked us a FANTASTIC dinner and we wished we had had her cook more. There is a beautiful (very expensive) restaurant across the street. The beach is just steps away for a night swim and sunset. 🌅

Wanted to stay in a place close to the beach but not surrounded by other tourist. This place fit the bill perfectly, it across the street from a restaurant and the staff if amazing. Nora goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort while on Praslin. She knows everyone and has great suggestions for meals. The beach is secluded and a great place to watch the sunset. We rented a car while on the island and this place does provide a place to park, I would definitely stay here again.

Much better than I expected. Remote. Nice beach just across the street. We were there alone. House was clean and in a good condition. Kitchen utilities holds low quality and breaks easily. Friendly staff.

Great place, nice beach just in front. Although there is a good restaurant nearby, you'll need a car or to take the bus to get into the village. I would definitely stay here again.

Modern apartments just next to a small beach, which whilst certainly not one of Praslin's best is quite adequate. There is a good restaurant just across the road. Would stay here again

We stayed 9 nights at Yasad in a 2-bedroom apartment with our daughters and it was a good experience generally. We liked the 2 single beds in our children room and the king size bed in ours. The living room and one of the bedroom have a balcony facing the sea and a very quiet beach were you can swim. There is a good restaurant nearby (Les Rochers) and the main city Grand Anse is 5mn away by car. The breakfast at Yasad is proposed for 15euros what is expensive for some toasts, fruits and juice. There is a daily cleaning up but the maid is not making a lot of efforts, she makes the beds, changes the trash bins, clean the floor but doesn't clean the kitchen, either the toilets. And we were the only ones in the Residence at the beginning of our stay; so she wasn't overloaded with work. However, we didn't pay more attention to it as the manager Nora was always full of attention and nice with us. Every time we had a concern, she will do her best to solve the issue and be sure we were happy. On the last day, we were supposed to have dinner at Les Rochers but they were closed like every Sundays and Mondays. We were ready to go out and Nora came to say good-bye, found out the Rochers was closed and managed to book a last minute table for us in a nearby restaurant...and it was Christmas Eve. So, thank you Nora, you have been a very responsive person and all that with a smile and warmth. We will probably go back to Yasad if we ever return to Praslin.

horrible conditions

Studio apartament was small but enough spice for two people, was really nice and clean !! For me good :) studio have outside with chairs when you can drink Coffe in the morning and relax , beach is opposite and actually is just for people from The YASAD. bus stop near the resort. Resort is in quiet location but not faraway from the city. One minus: first shop is not close . Around 15-20 min by bus :)

GOOD PLACE AND GOOD LOCATION,i loved,the staff is so good too!i didnt like because they dont hvr internet and sometimes the staff is not there and for call a taxi is dificult!but i loved there!the front of the beach and all good!

We booked this place because it had a private pool and a spa tub, which didn't exist. We were also supposed to have an Ocean view, but since we were given an apartment downstairs, we could only see a wall. Needless to say, we were disappointed because the description of the facilities was a total lie. So far, I had trust hotels.com and I thought they had made sure that the properties comply with what they said they had. However, I must say Noora, the manager, apologized for what she said must have been a "typo". She let us have a late check out and she was as accommodating as she could. The apartment is new and there's a beach across the road. However, if you're looking for a private pool, a spa tub and and ocean view, this is the wrong place.

No free WiFi must prepay

Nora, the manager excels at supporting guests, she goes out of her way to make your stay easy and fun. Few problems however, wifi is very poor and only accessible from rooms on the second level and not free. Some of the equipment also needs repair, air conditioning and television reception. Apart from these issues rooms are well fitted out for couples or families, great kitchen and washing machine! Spotlessly clean and private beach. Must have a car as this hotel is very isolated.

Appartement très propre, ménage fait quotidiennement, le personnel est très gentil et accueillant, Nora est une cuisinière hors pair pour vous faire découvrir là nourriture créole! Des plages tout le long de l’hébergement calme, un restaurant à 3min à pieds avec super vue. Logement très spacieux et très bien équipé. Je recommande ce logement sans hésitez.

Nous avons réservé un logement pour 4. Il y avait 3 chambres, chacune avec salle de bain. Une grande cuisine ouverte sur un salon et une grande terrasse pour pouvoir manger dehors. Le tout en parfait état et vraiment très joli. L'établissement est fermé par un portail et on peut garer les voitures à l'intérieur. Il y a un arrêt de bus juste devant. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. La machine à laver de l'appartement ne fonctionnait pas et on nous a proposé de faire notre lessive si nécessaire. Elles nous l'ont fait sécher également avant de nous la laisser dans une bassine dans l'appartement. Trop gentil. Merci pour l'accueil !

Die Unterkunft war in einer ruhigen Gegend. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und konnten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 Minuten erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Managerin hat uns auf Nachfrage ein kreolisches Abendessen zubereitet. Das sollten Sie sich nicht entgehen lassen.

L’accueil de Nora et de ses collègues était super ! Et étaient de très bon conseil. Très bel appartement très spacieux. Nous recommandons.
