The room was great; spacious, tidy, and clean, universal chargers were available. The front desk lady was polite and friendly, she helped us manage our room reservations. The hotel location was also very strategic, MRT and bus stations were less than 500 m from the hotel and we could find a lot of food nearby.

The bedroom is as pictured, not too small, good service, located next to MRT and bus station so it is very convenient for those who travel by public transport. Reasonable price. The toilet has a glass partition between the shower and toilet but there is no groove to block water, making it easy to wet the floor when showering. Overall 10/10

Very good, clean, the air conditioner is very cold. At first I was very worried from reading the reviews. When I go to experience it myself, I can tell that it's good. The room is clean, not very narrow. We are in a room for 2 people. Separate bathroom, wet-dry zone / there is a hair dryer / towel / toiletries / toothpaste - toothpaste / hair cap. There are 2 bottles of water in the room - tea and coffee. Overall everything is ok, very good, from the direct experience of staying by myself, the hotel is next to MRT China Town, Exit E, walk across the road to the hotel. There are plenty of food around. Don't be afraid to starve. Walk to the alley where there are plenty of food - there are plenty of places to sit and drink. It is convenient to travel because it is in the heart of the city. Go to major attractions, just take a few MRT stations. Very good. We recommend it for those who are looking. Great location across the road from Chinatown MRT station, handy to businesses in Chinatown. The room was comfortable, air con worked well, bathroom fine. The one annoyance I found was that there were no bedside tables, power points or light switches near the bed, so I had to leave phones, etc. charging on the desk or stand and had to get out of bed to turn lights on or off.

Good hotel for a short stay, very well located next to Chinatown MRT station. Our room was a good size, modern and clean, AC worked well and didn’t feel stuffy due to non-window room. Not fully soundproof, plumbing noises and noise from other guests can be heard.

Location wise, excellent. Unfortunately though that was the only positive I could speak of. The hot shower lasted about a minute and our experience was negatively impacted even more so by drunk guests screaming in the hallways until 4am. The staff would only ask them to keep the noise down but even after multiple more incidents & complaints the hotel did not act in anyway to resolve the matter. We were left exhausted as a family & couldn’t wait to get out of that hotel. This put a damper on our family holiday and made for difficult days ahead, struggling to stay awake. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel for families. Might be fine for individuals who are able to sleep through anything or plan to do very little sleeping as the location is good & in terms of street noise it was minimal excluding the busy night periods such as Thur/Fri/Sat night.

I stayed one night at Bliss Hotel Singapore and it was a very disappointing experience. Our room was on level 5, but there is no elevator access to that floor. We had to take the lift to level 4 and then carry three large suitcases up a dark emergency stairwell to reach the room. This was never disclosed during booking. When we finally arrived, the key card didn’t work, so I had to go back down the stairs, take the lift to reception, and ask for help. The staff member appeared more focused on her phone than assisting. The room itself was acceptable, but the bathroom design is poor, there is no shower door, so water floods the entire toilet floor, creating a mess. For offering rooms that are not elevator-accessible without clearly informing guests in advance, especially with luggage, this hotel deserves 1 star

It was clean and modern. We had two rooms of king size bed with windows. Two bottles of water free and you get 2 again when they clean your room. Very convenient to the train station and the China Point mall (just across the street) has so many fast food and sit down restaurants. Back of the hotel is the Chinatown area with lots of restaurants and souvenir shops. Only one negative is the bathroom gets flooded a little bit when you shower. Otherwise all is well. Thank you.
