Clean and the person on duty in the morning is friendly, check-in is fast

The location is close to the Aljunied MRT. It's close to the bus stop. There are plenty of eateries nearby, but you have to speak Chinese. There's also a minimarket for drinks (the hotel only provides 4 glasses of water, 4 coffees, and a kettle for hot water). The hotel looks old, but the facilities are still okay. The price is also cheap for Singapore. Instead of choosing a bunk bed hotel with a shared bathroom, this one is better. You get two large beds on the 5th floor with views. Cons: There are no chairs in the lobby at all, so you have to wait at a nearby restaurant to check in. You can leave your luggage, but you can just store it against the wall in front of the reception desk. It should be safe.

This is my first time stay at Bright Star Hotel, room is clean and spacious… Everything is perfect.

Quite clean and comfort. Near everything, including mosque for Moslems. Will back there again.

The hotel is clean and convenient. The furniture is a bit old but they have all the things that we need such as the boiling bottle, hair dryer, free water and coffee.

Large hotel rooms for the size of a hotel in Singapore, near the bus stop, the MRT station is quite far, halal restaurants close, the only drawback is there is no shower in the toilet.

My check in and check out was fast. I stayed for 1 night only. So can not review much. Overall the room is good. They do not have bellboy. You will find durian around the street near hotel. The location not so crowded

(+) the rooms are spacious. Very cheap prices for a group of 4. The food is very good but non-halal (the halal ones don't quite understand). Durian has 2 big stalls that appear. The receptionist was friendly (-) the bathroom didn't have an ex fan so it smelled everywhere (or my ex fan just broke somehow). The building is pretty old already. To the nearest MRT, aljunied 15 minutes for Indonesian people, including being far away, tired (for seniors and children), the conclusion is to go back to the budget. If the budget is mediocre, it fits right in this hotel. It's 8 out of 10

Spacious & clean room for singapore's hotel standard. Location is strategic, near to many bus stops, hawkers, famous local supermarket. But to aljuned MRT station, quite far & makes you sweat to walk by. The only downside is we book 2 rooms but the hotel management did not provide us with side by side/near by rooms, even though we've requested it months earlier. it seems happen with almost all traveloka's hotels partner. no points to put that request in the special request form.

Impressive wifi The lift smokes cigarette. The room is a little stuffy. But everything else is ok

Room according to the photo, clean. Reception service is okay, wifi is smooth. Only the checkout time is 11:00. The elevator smells really like cigarettes (but this, I don't think, will bother). Many Indonesians live there too. It's near a cheap place to eat, and the most important thing is near a supermarket that sells cheap stuff, in my opinion (there is 1500 ml water for sale for just 0.5 dollars) hehehe. The supermarket's name is "Sheng Shiong"

Good, go with 4 friends to reserve a room. The night is not loud, the water is strong, the room is clean, clean every day, very clean, the things are not lost, garbage, there is nothing that does not order to be discarded, not collected. very strategic location, close to aljunied station, only 5-10 minutes walk to the station. the obstacle for Muslims is rather difficult to find halal food, because most Chinese food restaurants, but there are also some Indian restaurants there that provide halal food

Hotel experience was good. The rooms are big and clean. Toiletries, towels, and bed sheets are replaced daily, rooms are cleaned regularly. Also, the hotel receptionists are kind and easy to talk with. Location is okay as it is only a few walks away from the bus stops and a few minutes away from Aljunied MRT station. A lot of hawkers in the area, as well as cheap convenience stores. Highly recommended

The hotel was clean, the hotel clerk / receptionist was very friendly, by chance our luggage was lost at the airport, so it was assisted by the hotel clerk to be connected with the airport clerk who found our luggage, then our baggage was escorted by the airport clerk to the hotel. Nearest Aljunied MRT, 5-10 minutes walk. Where to eat halal only in Indian restaurants, close to the famous durian seller in Geylang, highly recommended for those who want to travel to Singapore.

Hmm. I came here on Saturday and stay for 3 night. I order 4 adult 1 room and I came with 6,5 yo. So I am 4 adult and 1 child. She is so little like 4,5 yo, so I think she's can sleep with me and no need extra bed. Because the body so small. When I check in , the receptionist said that we have to pay $20/day if the child sleep with us. And $30/day if we using extra bed. So expensive! And the room cant put ectra bed lah. Too small. So I don't want to argue cos their is nit friendly at all, so I pay lah $20/day, so the total I pay cash $60. Really? For sure, I will not go to this hotel again. I order this hotel because my dad told me that this is a good hotel. But for me its not! And the other things is. The recepsionist told us to go to our room. But as you can see in the picture. The room has not ready yet. And we have to wait in front of the door. Really disappointed lah. Will not come back to this place. Not recommended.
