Singapore rooms are very small by western standards and Singapore is hot year round, with that said, the room was very nice, quiet, well located with easy access. There is a food court accross the street ( from the front look right) that covers just about everything you can think of, plus shopping. Plan your day like a local, start early, or start late, bring water, and plan on a chance of rain.

The air conditioning in the 81 group of hotels is always centrally operated. So it's strange that if you're cold or hot, you have to call first. Having to go back and forth like that makes it awkward to call.

The room was terrible!! I could say First room arrived have cigarette smell Second room have dust all area!!!!!! I have to clean the counter for my make up as I can’t accept it. Blanket is dirty and dust seem like this room didn’t use for a while but I have sleep like that as I came back from outside too late night Need to prove your housekeeping service as urgently!!!!!!!!!!!! Super terrible They make my holiday so terrible with bad experience

The hotel is in a very good location. There is a food court and supermarket. At the bus stop And not far from the MRT. The room is small but convenient. At the counter, in the morning there is a very strong smell of cigarettes. It probably came from the collector. Cleaning of the hotel
