Very nice hotel, clean, and has very good services. The receptionist staff are friendly. If you ask for bottled water, they will give you instant coffee and tea. The location is also close to a masjid and bus stop. The nearest MRT station is Aljunied.

The room is adequate for Singapore standards. Everything is quite small. The toilet is also small in design. It can fit one person. Soundproofing is lacking, because at night I heard people laughing out loud. It was quite surprising. I thought it was a ghost. So far, it's okay because the price is affordable. But the receptionist is very helpful. Especially when asking for directions and how to get to the MRT, their directions are very clear and very good.

The receptionists were very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was free drinking water in the rooms. The surrounding area was a bit uncomfortable, however. Many people of Indian descent roamed the streets at night, leaving the area dirty with trash in the morning.

The receptionist is very friendly, the check in/out process is fast & easy (just show the booking code & passport), luggage can be stored before & after check in/out, the AC is cold, the bathroom / toilet (without bidet) & sink are very clean, drinkable tap water, towels / mats & blankets & sheets are very clean, there is a smoking area, close bus / MRT access, a complete selection of food stalls (halal / non-halal), cheap room rates.

The staff attitude is so bad. I booked the wrong day and asked to change the date of stay to the next day. They refused to let me cancel the room. Stay away from this hotel. Very bad.
