I really liked the aesthetics of the room and the hotel. Detailed in curating a good experience for customers. Room a little small but just right for soloist~ The bar looks very good on the exterior, didn't get to go. The breakfast was decent and valuable for price paid. Would want to go back here again or recommend friends on a solo staycation.

Location is unbeatable and the service is excellent. Check-in was fast. Bedroom is clean with charging ports for USB and 3-pin. Love the rain shower with great water pressure and temperature, and fragrant Metis toiletries.

The hotel is near MRT stations, has great amenities nearby and the room provided was clean! Had a great staycation during my stay, definitely will visit hotel G again.

Second stay here and still happy with the stay:) counter staff was really responsive to request, and I managed to get a short check out extension. Channels were decent and able to screen mirror too. Love the dreamcatcher! Pretty from every angle and adds character to the room. Had a decent view from the window (despite the slightly dusty blinds lol), and could even spot MBS! Amenities were from Aus brand Metis, and water pressure was great albeit the really tiny shower space. Generally, love the cosiness of the space, and am already intending to schedule a third stay soon!

Stayed at Good Room King Flexi on the 1st day. We got a corner room, is small but cosy & suitable for couple stay. Good location with many eateries, bus stop & mrt nearby. Will be back again.

Easy and quick check-in process. The room was clean and spacious. It is very quiet and ambient. Nice location not far from Bencoolen MRT. Check out was quick too.

Initially there was a slight problem during check in when we requested a room on the 1st floor due to different booking codes, the first officer promised that the room would be ready at 3 pm on the same floor, but in reality when we returned to the hotel at 3 pm, it was a bit difficult for the second officer even though in the end we got a room on same floor. It all paid off because the hotel room was nice and the location was strategic. Will stay at Lyf Bugis next time.

However, we regret to know that you are disappointed by our cleaning schedule. --
To share, the lyf concept of an experience-led social living residence is one that comes with no frills. That generally means that a comfortable and space-efficient room is designed with just the essentials included. --
As we are a social living residence, light housekeeping is done once every 3 days and full housekeeping is done once a week. In between if you need any amenity top-up or have any queries, you are always welcome to approach our friendly lyf Guards at our Say Hi! counter who would be happy to assist. The light cleaning includes clearing thrash, change of towels, making of the bed and top up of amenities. We seek your kind understanding in this matter. –
If it helps, as we want our guests to know about our cleaning schedule, information can be found on our property’s landing page on Traveloka’s website under the section “Accommodation Policies - General Check-in Instructions”. We do hope this will be useful when you wish to book your next stay. –

I've been looking for a family-friendly hotel near the tourist spot in Singapore (Bugis Street).
And Lyf Hotel was the best choice.
The hotel is near the Bencolen MRT Station and also near the famous AlJilani resto next on the side (24 hours). So, no worries for your meal.

The hotel location is strategic, it turns out it is near Bencoolen MRT. Stayed 4 days 3 nights here, the room size is not big but comfortable enough for 2 people. Tap water is available in the room. Next time I want to stay here again.

The room smells like a restaurant. I noticed the smells start from the alley, and of course it will affect the room. I feel like I'm staying and sleeping inside the restaurant. I don't know where the smells are coming from, if it's from the restaurant on the 1st floor or there is a problem with the exhaust. But as long as I stay, the smells make me sick 🤢.

Self storage luggage and self check out was very helpful. Early check in was available to ascott member (it was free membership anyway). A bit uncomfortable due the construction but might try to stay again when it back to normal

LYF Hotel is very strategic, close to everywhere, 3 nights stay gets 1X make up room service, CI/CO time is very flexible, Room size is according to the information but it is a bit difficult to put things away 😀😀, easy to find food for Muslims, there is Aljalani on the left side of the hotel building & There is Muslim cuisine in the Fortune building which is in front of the hotel building
