I think this will be my go-to hotel when I visit Singapore. The room is clean, the staff is really helpful. Plus, the hotel is near the bus stop, convenience store, and restaurant. We were also allowed to store our luggage before check-in time. My family really had a nice stay here. Please keep it going 😊.

Alternatively, there is also a bus stop which is nearer to our hotel that provide direct access to city center. For the sustainability of the environment, we have stopped placing bottled water in the rooms so that our guests can join us in our effort. The water in Singapore is potable and can be consumed directly from the tap. A kettle is also provided in the room. We look forward to welcoming you back and experience our hospitality again! This is my second stay at ibis Budget Singapore Ametrine. Despite how dodgy Geylang can be, this hotel is pretty safe and comfy. As I have a lot of meetings online, lighting is crucial for me. Therefore, the big windows and natural light are GREAT. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. However, Jonathan is the WINNER. He is so friendly, attentive, helpful, and funny too. Others are nice and polite but lacking a friendly and easy going vibe. It ' s very recommended but make sure you're booked in advance if you're staying on the weekend. It ' s getting crowded and more expensive.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and also the bathroom. There were free bottled water, coffee and tea and an electric kettle plus complete toilet necessities. Hot and cold water too. The flat screen tv and aircon were working properly.
