I stayed here for 6 days. The hotel was so good, clean, and comfortable also. I booked a twin room, then I requested a king bedroom. The swimming pool was awesome, rooftop, and there's a nice pool for kids. The hotel is connected with Orchard Gateway/Orchard Central Mall, so it's so easy to find many kinds of food here, also very near to 313 Somerset. MRT is very close also, just go down with the lift hotel, then you’ll find MRT Somerset. Also, when you walk to the street, there were many shopping areas, because it is in Orchard Street. Overall it was nice and perfect. I went with my wife and 1 kid (3 years old).

Amazing pool which is the real selling point of the hotel. Rooms are on the small size for some of the cheaper rooms, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast can get very bus, otherwise good offering is made.

I was there with my 7yo for a week. It was our second stay with Jen Orchard Gateway. We love everything about the hotel. From the great location with direct access to MRT, lovely staff, nice breakfast buffet, well designed room, nice swimming pool with pool side lounge. Everything is clean and well maintained. Would love to stay with the hotel again.

Great location right in the heart of a shopping district. Room was practical for a city hotel with a comfortable bed, not much privacy in the frosted glass bathroom. Rooftop pool was a huge benefit and turned out to a good vantage point to watch the fireworks. They were also really flexible at check out, allowing us to use the pool and shower facilities before our evening flight.

Jen’s by Shangri-La is wonderful place to stay, so close to shops and transport. It makes getting around Singapore a breeze. All the shops and I mean shopping centres are world class as are the amazing brands and experiences. The rooftop bar is a let down, which is really disappointing when the view across to Marina Bay Sands is awe inspiring

Hotel location is fantastic with the Somerset MRT station below, staff welcomed us in the morning when we arrived from the airport and stored our luggage and allowed us to access the pool and shower facilities early which was convenient. Breakfast options are excellent

Wanted a mini stayca to recharge and decompress from life and im so glad that i chose Hotel Jen; check in was a breeze and was very kindly given early check in and late check out. Booked myself with lounge access too and enjoyed their coffee, cookies and breakfast for the next day. Will be back for more again :) thank you Hotel Jen! P.S: The pool was nice but there were too many kids playing noisily, screaming and somersaulting into the pool. Will be good if lifeguard or management can speak to their parents as they are disturbing the rest of the hotel guests at the pool.
