The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The location is quite far from the center but close to the bus for transportation. The room is very dirty and not cleaned every day. The bathroom is very horrible and unacceptably dirty. I dare not use the towels. The male staff on duty at night is very aggressive. I feel unsafe. Every time I ask for help, instead of helping, they always yell at customers. Please consider this when booking a room here.

The service was bad, at the first day we've come for check in, we wait for 20 minutes because there is no one in the hotel lobby, no one welcoming us or give an information, make us confused, that 's exactly very bad, and if we meet the employees around the hotel, they never greet us, and the day for check out they always inform us for check out, we know that! Just inform us once, then until she (the receptionist at that day) looks for us to the room, and knock at the door, even though it 's not 11 o'clock yet, like we want to be kicked out of that hotel, it makes us uncomfortable, even when we checking out they didn't say goodbye, thank us or ask how our experience was staying at the hotel. The room looked exactly on the picture, clean, and also comfort, but the room was too small and cramped for us, who were staying for 3 people, and also there is no hairdryer in our room. Around the hotel there is a lot of food, seven eleven, and bus stop, but we've to walk 700 meters from the hotel to nearest MRT station (Kallang station), for those of us who stayed 4 days and 3 nights it was quite tiring to walk that far to find the MRT station. The good thing is that the price of this hotel is cheap, but I will try to stay at another hotel if there is a hotel cheaper than this hotel, and of course nearest to the MRT station. Overall we still enjoy our stay at k hotel 12 Singapore, Thank you k hotel 12 Singapore, I hope you're even better in terms of service 💙.

Just an ordinary room, there is a TV, a hot water kettle, air conditioning, a bathroom with hot water, a shower. it's just that the rooms are not cleaned. Strategic location close to the bus shelter. MRT, many restaurants around the hotel.

Good hotel. Unfortunately I stayed 4 nights the room was not cleaned at all. The bed sheet pillowcase towels were not replaced at all. Stayed 4 nights only for one glass of mineral water.

The hotel is quite good in space, quite similar to the elevator, it is easy to carry a slightly old air-conditioned luggage. When opening the machine, it will hear a slight smell. decent residents, nothing complaining that the night was quite quiet, there were many eateries in the area 900m from the MRT station, walking distance of 10-15min
