Had a great stay at Orchard Hotel. We're upgraded to premier room that comes worh bath tub amd king size bed that can fit all three of us. The breakfast buffet is surprisingly varied and when we came at about 8am there were not many guests and the spread is plenty. If you're driving they will give complimentary parking as well. 👍🏼

Staff by the name Mr Shaff did help me & family to check in early .As he knew that we look so tired when we reach hotel. Thanks a lot. Breakfast good & room very big & spacious. Most of all very clean. Will come again & recommend others.

Ending our one week stay here soon, and would like to say that overall we love this place! Even my dog (a 4.8 kg malchipoo) enjoyed her stay too! From the reception staff to housekeeping staff, they're all very friendly and things are in working order. It's good to know that they have both a washing machine, dryer and even a hanger rack to cater to different people/household needs. What can be improved would be the maintenance of the air-conditioning unit, like the ones in the living room (above the TV) and along the corridor, which was dripping due to condensation? But it works well and cools the living room. However, in both bedrooms that we have, it was so warm to sleep at night. So it'd be great if that issue can be fixed! Besides that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and looking forward to the next time!

I had the most pleasant stay here. I want to invite my family to stay here while they're coming to Singapore. The single bed is big enough for me and my baby. The breakfast also delicious. it is really awesome

Extremely great location as it is located at the heart of the town area. A perfectly great venue for staycation for couples and friends going for shopping for long hours! Only one side note for the hotel management to take note of is the showerhead in the bathroom, that the tap for water isolation between showerhead and rain shower is slightly leaking.

Really love my stay with Goodwood Park Hotel each and every time. This is my fourth stay and the hotel is nothing short of spectacular with top-notch, friendly, prompt service and roomy, comfortable rooms. So happy that the rate from the app this time included breakfast. Such a joy with so many dishes to choose from, ranging from Asian, Local flavours including Nasi Lemak and Meesiam, as well as the usual breakfast favourites like Waffles, Pastries etc. I really highly recommend this hotel, please keep up the awesomeness.

Hotel is just around 5 mins walk from Orchard MRT. Hotel allowed Early check-in & Late check-out. Complimentary birthday cake is sent to our room as we were celebrating birthday. The room was really quiet, bed was really big & stay was awesome. Thumbs up! 😀😀

Their front officers was kind, considerate, helpful, and informative... And I like their new renovation, it looks brighter and cleaner now. Their Christmas eve buffet was awesome.. Overall I enjoyed our stay there.

Hotel room is nice and comfortable. Swimming pool is very clean! Buffet has a good selection of food and the quality is there!

One of the best hotel in SG. Staff are so kind. They celebrate my birthday with a cake. Room are so clean and big. The bathroom also clean and with good amenities too. As a member of Accor, I really appreciate the service. For my vacation or business trip, I will choose one of Accor's hotels. Thank you

Room was a little dusty, the only downside! Hotel offers free shuttle to the nearby mall, pool was amazing and it opens from 7am till 10pm! Overall just felt like a 5 star stay. Would definitely come again. Service experience was 10/10.

Got upgraded to the family room super spacious & the room was huge! Front Desk officer & concierge was super friendly & helpful.

All staff was very helpful, our room upgraded to first class suite room 3017 for free. The room was big and clean, there are coffee maker, hairdryer, and iron. City view also amazing from lv 30 and very instagramable. Close to Thai Embassy Bus Stop, Scott Rd Bus Stop and walk about 7 min to Orchad MRT station. I would like to say ‘super recommended’! Hi … Booked to celebrate a family member's birthday. Checked in on 3 Dec. Smooth check-in, well done for the front office team … given room 1501. Spacious for a family of 4. Surprised when the hotel team delivered a nicely decorated fruit platter as a birthday gesture. Impressed with their service. They may notice it during check-in as occupants' particulars need to be documented due to the pandemic. The housekeeping team is very friendly. On the 2nd day, the Swimming pool was very clean. We book for an hour as the pool area is limited to 12 pax per hour. Checked out on 5 Dec. Superfast, just need to drop a card in the checkout dropbox, and off we go … 👍 Thank you York Hotel, a weekend well spent! Served by the awesome team during our stay 🙏🏻.
