Great service, all staff very helpful and warm. Great hotel location! Near MRT Bendemeer 5 minutes walk and few bus stop like Arc 380 only 2 minutes walk. Quiet area and so calming. Room is big enough for 2 people, at least still have space to open big suitcase 😆. And there's a cheap food hall nearby. Perfect! Definitely will come back again when visit Singapore.

We loved our stay. It was utterly perfect - our room was small but spacious, and perfect for us who just wanted to use it to rest our head. I saw a comment about the bathrooms being too small to move which isn’t true - they’re fine.
The rooftop pool is great. There’s limited places to sit which could be improved but I wasn’t there to spend hours of my time so it wasn’t a problem to me.
The staff are so kind. I’ll return when I next visit Singapore.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 night stay . My room was exceptionally clean and larger than what I was expecting, having been warned that many hotel rooms in Singapore are very small. The staff were exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to assist me. I look forward to staying there for a lot longer on my return trip.

The hotel is nice and the staff are friendly, the hotel feels new and the room is nice. I like that there is a balcony in my room too. It's also close to the MRT station. Overall it's nice!

The hotel is in Hang Mam, cars are quite difficult to move in and park, but there is still a parking space nearby, suitable for traveling by motorbike. Rooms are quite good, although not modern, but suitable for staying overnight and playing in the street. The location is quite suitable for moving to other neighborhoods. Easy to find places to eat nearby. Staff is friendly and supportive all the time. There is a laundry service, people can ask the staff for details.

4 star hotel but service is not very good. Have to carry the luggage by yourself, no support staff. The room is a bit dark, not enough light. The swimming pool stopped serving quite early. The soundproofing room is quite poor, the other room comes home late to talk loudly and can't sleep.

Service was great (really 10/10) so it ' s really unfortunate that the room left more to be desired. One towel had some red spots (looked like blood that wasn't completely washed off), aircon kept switching off by itself so we woke up sweating, toilet was really tiny, and the heater in the shower took forever to get the water warm. Also ended up paying for the balcony room but not being able to use the balcony at all as it was raining the entire day and the balcony isn't completely sheltered. However, complimentary parking allowed unlimited exits and once again, all the staff we interacted with were really pleasant.

Rooftop pool, room is clean, thin towel, small toilet, limited free parking. Reception got us the wrong key and we managed to open an occupied room haha! Overall is very good, will be back!
