I stayed at the Premier Studio with king-size bed. The room was quite spacious with a kitchen set and sofa. They make up the room every two days (not everyday). The TV is not compatible with iPhone if you want to mirror it and watch YouTube or Netflix from your iPhone. They have an oven, plates, glasses, water kettle, and a mid-size refrigerator, but don’t have a microwave. The location is pretty much close to the shopping areas in Orchard Road, especially Paragon Shopping Mall and Lucky Plaza (walk around 5-7 minutes). It is very close to Mount Elizabeth Hospital. I checked the swimming pool and the gym; they are quite small but enough for kids to swim. Overall, it’s a nice stay, and the price I paid was okay for Singapore hotels/serviced apartments compared to other hotels/serviced apartments with similar services in the Orchard area.

The hotel rooms are large and spacious, with queen and king beds. Each room has a sofa bed, and amenities are complete. A large refrigerator and cooking utensils are provided. It's very close to Mt E Hospital. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Very modern. Close to Mt Elizabeth hospital and other Orchard shopping buildings. Provide free breakfast. Only issue is that you have to stay at least 6 days. We will come back frequent for health checkup but could not book because we stay less than 6 days.

My stay was for (mom's) surgery purpose so distance wise it's conveniently close to Mount E Orchard. My room got cleaned every 2 days, and the receptionist was fine and pretty helpful. The place's safely secured because without the key cards you can never get into any level of the building (I left my card at room once and cannot get in, so I asked for help from the lift and the receptionist gives me 2 spare key cards without charge). The bathroom is clean, got hot water, and the shower is nice too. My only problem was: there isn't any closer place that sells food so I need to walk either to Paragon, or Lucky Plaza. And it's quite inconvenient in my opinion. That's about it, I love my stay there.
