Had the best time staying here! The location is just perfect, connecting to Novena Square 2 and Vivo City, also the MRT! The room is clean and spacious enough for a family of three. Got a bathtub in my bedroom, and they did give us a connecting room as I requested before. The staffs are friendly and easy to talk to. Overall, I'll give this hotel 9.5/10! Service: excellent, especially the check-in counter Hope. Stayed over F1 weekend, and the hotel service was 10/10 including the concierge. Location is 10/10, the elevator goes directly to MRT access and connected to malls. Room is also excellent. Can't find any negativity from my stay.

My partner and I had an amazing staycation at the hotel. The club room was spacious and comfortable, and the view was amazing. Shoutout to Cillon for being such a great host! I enjoyed all parts of the stay <3.

Very helpful staff, particularly Jennifer and Daniel. Location very close to MRT was a big advantage in communication. Very handy food corner and grocery shop. Would recommend to all friends.

Staff is very friendly. You want to go to MRT? They have access direct into basement connect to Novena MRT. Novena MRT is on the red line, just 2 line after Orchard. Nice! Room space is big if we compare with other hotel in Singapore with same rate. You want to eat or shop? 7/11 is near hotel, you can go there just by walk around 3 minutes, and you can go to Novena Velocity just by walk for 1 minute. Location is in front Mount Elizabeth Novena and Novena Medical Centre also, just 3 minutes by walk. Location is good. Bathroom have shower, bathtub and full amenities that you need. Wi-Fi connection also awesome! Great hotel to stay!

Good locations. Top marks for connectivity to the MRT. Wide variety of foods in vicinity and MRT connects you to more places for shopping and attractions. Service was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful. Only down point is the hotel is a bit old but it is well kept and very clean. Will stay again.

Asked for an option to check-in, the man at the reception desk (name starting with letter F) quoted me ridiculous cost - as much as the nightly rate I booked and could even indicate when I will be able to check in. I found the whole interaction impersonal and robotic. During my stay, I found that the iron in the room was not working. Called Housekeeping three times to have it replaced, but no one picked up the phone. The the hallway smelt damp and the carpeting was stained and worn out. The room was spartan but clean. Plenty of shopping nearby and easy access public transportation. It is situated near prominent hospitals, making it a convenient location if one is visiting medical reasons. Overall, mediocre hotel. Not going to stay here again.

Hotel pictures was as per advertise when we check-in. All clean and good. Halley assisted us with the check-in and is very friendly, helpful and courteous. The only downside that i would recommend for the hotel to include is a bidet for the toilet as its a distance from the shower. The club lounge details could be better detailed in the welcome note. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and experience at the club room and the club lounge.

Close to a local shopping centres and train station. Staff was not quite as friendly as would like. Facility was quite good but there is only 1 water machine at the lobby for guests to refill water - guests are advise to drink from tap.

Oasia Hotel is still my number one choice. There was one incident whereby the fire alarm was activated at around 12MN i guess. So as per normal the first alarm, they will investigate whether there was really a fire or a false alarm. After a few minutes, the alarm went up again, the announcement still said "fire alarm has been activated in the building". So we waited for further announcement, and there's none. I think management should be careful with this, so that the hotel guests will have a restful night without worries.

The sliding door shared by the toilet and the shower is not a good idea. When after shower, the sliding door is wet and water will drip on the entrance of the toilet, a risk of slipping and can be messy, I hate wet floor!
