Come here for our 4th wedding anniversary. Everything seems so perfect for us. Very nice room, very clean and tidy, easy check in and check out. Helpful staffs. Excellent service! We love the pool. They have a very nice view! The location also nice, very close to the Parkroyal Plaza bus stop. Will come back for sure!

The experience was awesome! The room was spacious for 2 pax and the bed was also comfortable. Will be better if the view can be towards the flyer side but generally it is clean and comfy. Hopefully can also add in Netflix and YouTube or allow screen mirroring and it will be perfect! Location is very accessible via car and Nicoll Highway MRT.

Great stay at PPSS. Great space, practical layout, nice views. Well equipped kitchen, it even supplied detergent/sponge and washing powder. Its so comfy, is a waste not to stay at least 2 nites. Powerful rain shower, nice wash basin. Swimming pool offers great view, yet practical for swim, and best thing it opens till 10.30pm. Breakfast simple but decent. For business stays, would have been good if office chair provided.

Positive: The hotel has great views of flyer and premium room is gorgeous (if allocated the room with the nice windows as in picture, ours were 1809). Room is spacious, rather clean and is well-equipped for cooking. Pool and gym is good as well, although at times might be cold to use. Overall, it can be a good staycation especially for families, and if for a longer stay period. Negative: Breakfast is very weak and very limited choice, better to ignore. The sleeping quality is not that good unless you are heavy sleeper, because there are construction noise coming from outside even from 11pm to 8am, and the bedroom aircon is not working properly. Unfortunately the services is not up to the standard yet and there might be some miscommunications amongst staff. While Hanan and Gobinath really put effort to turnaround our impression (and I'm thankful for), it is still hard for me to strongly recommend Pan Pacific Serviced Suite as some things are really not yet as of the standards of a five star hotel. I hope after some improvements can stay there again!

Beautiful place to be at. Everything was good until the breakfast, a total failure from 5 stars drop to 1 star. Please do not purchase. Was only informed of in room dining after check in. And there is no food option, non refillable not even drinks! Do not purchase breakfast just go elsewhere for breakfast. Bad. Very bad.

My only qualm was that our booking was for a king bed, but was given 2 twin beds combined and masked as a king. As you can clearly see from the indention here between the two beds in the picture. Fairly disappointed by this, would rather they be upfront and say they dint have a king bed to offer and give an alternative. But other than that stay was nice ππ.

I checked in on a Sunday. My sister ordered another room and I ordered one for a total family of 4. We were mostly at the other room so when we finally were back in our deluxe room (with bathtub), I wanted to take a bath. To my horror, there were hairs in the bathtub indicating that it wasn't cleaned. I called the operator and the staff said they will alert the housekeeping and nothing was done. I used the shower instead. Next day, I called the operator again and they said that they will relay it to the housekeeping team as they had retired for the night the day before. Until my check out at 1 pm, no one came to clean it. There were also traces of party shimmers on the floor. I am unsure how well cleaned the room is. Breakfast is sad, as the portion of mee rebus is small and there is no option (only mee rebus) as the main. The free bag of snacks was great though, the snacks and kuehs were fantastic.
