I had a very pleasant stay at Park Regis Singapore. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had a nice cool atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location of this property was perfect for my first visit to Singapore. MRT station and HOHO stops were easy to use. Proximity to Clarke Quay and Clarke Central were perfect for me. My experience started with the utmost attention from Raj, the concierge at the door. My luggage was expertly whisked out of the cab and handled with care; tagged to be delivered to my room after I registered. A most reassuring welcome! Throughout my stay, all of the concierge staff, continued to help me to make the most of my visit. Park Regis exceeded my expectations for the personal attention I received. I can't wait to go back- to Singapore AND Park Regis Hotel

We didn’t feel so comfortable here and the room configuration was terrible. The bathroom was exposed to the sleeping area not to mention if you don’t have someone shut the toilet door after you were in the shower area the whole floor flooded. Maybe a quick overnight stay would be ok but not a few days in the room with no where for your luggage. We did not enjoy this hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the Park Regis. You get a lot for your dollar here. Though expensive by U.S. standards, this hotel is moderately priced for a Singapore hotel. Very nice rooms, immaculately clean, exceptionally nice staff, and outstanding breakfast buffet. Located nearby Clark Quay with lots of dining and shopping options. Very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when visiting Singapore.

Way way way overpriced for what you get. It was nice, clean and comfortable but so would have been 100 other hotels in the area for half or less than half the price. Location was good. 7 minute walk to Chinapoint mall and 10 minute walk to MRT. We asked staff for suggestions on shipping a box to Canada. We told them we wanted the cheapest way and not DHL or Fedex. We even said by freight was ok and were not in a rush. It took them over 3 days and a number of times us asking for an update to get us information. In the end they said DHL and then tried charging us almost $300 Singapore dollars for "assisting" us. The total was going to be almost $900!!! The rooms are super small, and only glass partitions separating bedroom area and bathroom. No sitting areas besides the bed and a super small corner desk with a chair. No balconies. No onsite affordable food options besides costly restaurant. They have a starbucks on site on 3rd floor (starbucks machine) that you make your own and they charge you $5-6 for a small coffee. Way over priced. $200 per night is maximum I would pay for this hotel. And, yes we understand that this is Singapore where things are more. But there are other places way cheaper around, especially if you book in advance.
