Pleasant attention from staff during our stay. Allen noticed that it's was my cousin's birthday month when we checked in and immediately arrange a mini cake for him upon check it. It's attention to details like this that made us decided that this won't be our last staycation at Park Royal beach road.

Absolutely amazing. We got upgraded to the club floor where the rooms are superb. Space is great, room is immaculately clean, their is a table where you can eat your takeaway food (due to current restrictions). Location is also fantastic, nearby all the amazing foods! Having an automated system for things such as booking the pool and asking for toiletries is excellent which perhaps other hotels can learn from. Housekeeping was also really good, even replaced the garbage bag and gave us a new one. I have nothing but praise for my stay here, highly recommended.

Awesome stay at PARKROYAL Beach Road Hotel! We were served by one the staff named Allen and it was very kind of him to offer us a free room upgrade. My wife is pregnant and he informed us that the current room is quite far from the lift. Hence, he made the arrangements for us to have the free room upgrade so that our room will be near the lift, making it convenient for my wife and I. The room was huge, clean and well maintained. All the staff were very kind and helpful. Location was also near to many eateries. We definitely would come back again and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you PARKROYAL Beach Road for the pleasant experience!

Nice boutique hotel. Prime location and has several walking trails to see local attractions. It was right opposite Kampang Lam. A lot of food eatery and local attractions.
We loved the breakfast option - had some south indian cuisine too. Overall very satisfied with the stay and will stay again if we visit Sg again.

If you have club level seventh floor it’s great.
Staff is friendly. Hotel is conveniently located.
Restaurant is excellent food and service.
I was disappointed that the pool and gym was closed for remodeling, but they have arrangements to go to the hotel next door which has a good rooftop gym and pool.

We stayed in a Club Level Suite on our 2-night stay in the hotel and found it to be very spacious, clean and comfortable. The Club Lounge was quiet and the food adequate. Joseph was particularly friendly and helpful.

Situated close to Arab Street and Sultan Mosque, this hotel is clean and spacious. We did not stay long but would be comfortable spending 4-5 nights there. There were some rooms facing the carpark but also had the view of Marina Bay so it’s balanced.

The bedroom were very comfortable and the beds were excellent. The hotel location is brilliant , close to the new bridge and restaurant , and close to the river cats ( river transports ) However there were no USB power points, and the decor for the dining room was bizarre and totally out of character with the rest of the hotel.

We had a lovely stay at Park Royal Beach Road. Staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. Lots to do in the area, with many restaurants. The MRT is only a short walk away. I only gave 3 stars for property condition and facilities as the pool and gym were closed for renovations. We were able to use other hotels’ facilities and taxis were provided. Overall, we had a great stay and if we’re in Singapore again we would definitely consider returning.
