Staff friendliness is basic. Located in the heart of Orchard Road. Facilities are minimal and in need of renovation. Room 714's air conditioning is stuck at 23 degrees Celsius, despite being repaired by engineering staff. Breakfast is good and comprehensive.

The person in the next room coughed, and we heard it clearly and woke up. Our room was 229, and the person in room 230 returned at 1 a.m., so we were forced to wake up because of the noise.

The hotel is very close to Mount Elizabeth Hospital, the mall, and restaurants. However, the air conditioning in the twin room needs to be improved. The remote control was very cold, even though the remote control was set to a moderate temperature. I even turned it off, but it still kept running cool. The hotel staff was very friendly. Thank you.

The hotel is located near shopping centers such as Far East Plaza, Paragon, Lucky Plaza, ... so it is easy to find restaurants, places to buy souvenirs, medicine, clothes. Good service, friendly and enthusiastic staff. If you want to book a taxi, you can ask the hotel to call and book a trip. Free wifi if you rent a room here. Rooms are spacious, neat, clean. The air conditioner runs very cold, you can adjust the air conditioner yourself. For food, I only ate the breakfast buffet, there are many dishes

The hotel's ambiance is clean, the rooms are spotless, the towels and sheets smell great, the breakfast is varied, with plenty of options, even for vegetarians, and the prices are affordable. There are several large malls across from the hotel. Recommended.
