Everyone here was so lovely! The air conditioning was broken and they were very apologetic. The staff are helpful and friendly and kind. They helped with all kinds of things! I was able to check in early, they hung onto my bags when I had to wait for my train so I could go out and see more of the lovely town. They had good dining recommendations. The location is great & they have a beautiful outdoor seating area where you can get a drink. Breakfast is simple, but filling! Would stay again!

We found the staff to be very welcoming and always willing to help. The hotel was in very good condition and well situated close to the town centre and attractions (castle and zoo). Breakfast was well presented, plentiful and constantly refreshed. Evening meals were of a high standard in the restaurant and anytime we were using the restaurant, staff were attentive but not suffocating. The free welcome drink in the bar was a pleasant surprise, which we took advantage of sat out on the terrace overlooking the lovely garden.
There is a Tesco and out of town shopping centre within 1-1.5km of the hotel and Prievidza was only 3km away and either walkable or a short bus/taxi journey.
We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone else looking to stay in the area.

Best Western Plus Hotel Belassi at Bojnice, Slovakia was great, its conveniently located in the town of Bojnice. It is walking distance to Bojnice Castle, Zoo, food places (checkout BioGraf, Muzika, Square) and the Church. Its also about a 1 to 2 km walk to the neighbouring town. There is a convenience store just 2 mins away (to stock up on water, etc.) from the hotel. Parking can be a challenge, so check with the hotel if you are driving. The Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, and the staff go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean and the double bed comes with 2 duvets so no fighting for the duvet at night. Brilliant. Should you need a late check out, the Hotel is accommodating as long as the room has not been booked by someone else on the day of your check-out. All in all, I would highly recommend a stay at Best Western.

Boli sme veľmi spokojní. Hotel je pekný, čistý a má peknú záhradu, kde sme ráno na slniečku pili kávu. Služby fajn. Vybavenie veľmi dobre. Poloha - blízko centra, všade sme sa dostali peši, zámok, kúpele, ZOO.... Problém je len parkovanie. Pre hotel sú 4 miesta, inak za poplatok v podzemí.
