It was a basic Hotel, nothing special, location was not bad

Very good basic hotel with everything that you need for a short stay Less than five minutes walk to the castle and to the old town

Everything is walkable

Perfect location if you want to stay close to downtown; clean rooms, friendly staff, always my choice nr 1 when i come to visit Bratislava

Comfortable beds. Just know that Taxis are expensive because they are heavily taxed by the government, so be sure that your Bolt App works well

Great central location

I’ve stated at a few iBis hotels across Europe and this by far is the worst that I’ve stayed at. The a/c functioned but for some strange reason it made the room very humid. Opening the windows to get fresher air was better. The bathroom smelled like mildew and the shower leaked water on the floor every time we showered. There were also hair on the floor plus cobwebs along the ceiling. Overall, I’m surprised the reviews for this place were better than our experience.

Although there are some bad reviews, and yes this budget friendly hotel showers are not pristine and the air-conditioning will not keep you very cold, but everything else is great. Service is 100% top notch- I made a few requests and was always greeted with polite, and good answers. Location for this place cannot be beat! I heard some people mention the train behind the building- I was on the 5th floor and I didn't hear anything. I will definitely go back here, and as someone who has travelled to over 30 countries, this ranks up very high for a budget friendly hotel (the bed was clean, the room was clean, I felt safe).

Small room with a very Comfortable bed and hot shower. Nice breakfast a 10 minute walk from the city center. Friendly multi-lingual staff

Staff were friendly and helpful with leaving our bags. Room was comfy however the i wasn’t very powerful and the bathroom drain drained slowly. Overall good experience.

Great central location, our room was spacious and comfortable. Good shower & bathroom. We had 80% humidity when we were here and the air con wasn’t great but better than not having it.

Staff at the hotel were great. Rooms are a little run down and need a revamp. Air con didn't work, so room was hot at times. Centre is within walking distance.

Perfect location for the historical centre of Bratislava. Good connections for the coach to Vienna too. Make sure to book Bratislava SNP bus station

Good location but not so friendly staff and the bed is so old and squeaky you can make music out of it if you’re a Mozart.

Don't waste time filling in the pre registration check in email. I did but they didn't have the details at the hotel so it was a complete waste of time. Hotel ok and very close to the town centre.
