Booking in was a doddle, staff were welcoming friendly and helpful. The room was a reasonable size, but all the fittings were unique and a lot of money and thought had gone into the design. The room was ultra clean and the shower was so powerful, with complimentary drinks (including beer and coke!), refreshed every day. Breakfast was too die for plenty of fruit and hot stuff in a buffet style. The bar brewed their own been, 6 super choices and the restaurant food was out of this world! All at reasonable prices. Sam was the one staff member that excelled, he always was friendly and helpful, but all the staff were great.

Excellent room - spacious, comfortable, great bathroom, good aircon. Splendid free minibar. Great breakfast and really good (and popular) restaurant. Good location for exploring Bratislava. Staff were polite and helpful. All in all, very good and we would certainly go back there is visiting Bratislava again.

I had a wonderful stay at the Loft Hotel in Bratislava and really enjoyed my time in the City! The employee, Jane, who checked me in was exceptional...she was very quick, knowledgeable and very personable and inviting. She really helped get my time in Bratislava off to a great start! The Hotel was in a great location, modern and well-maintained and very clean! The Bathroom was exceptional and the best I have experienced after having stayed at perhaps 30 Hotels all over Europe over the years. The paid Breakfast was very good and they had many fresh foods to choose from and also enough staff to keep the food well-stocked and the tables cleared and clean. It is a great Breakfast! They also had a Restaurant for Lunch and Dinner that was very good and you could eat indoors or outside. Judging by the number of customers, it is clearly a great place to eat. I would give the Loft Hotel my highest rating and I would highly recommend it as a place to stay for anyone going to Bratislava to visit for work or vacation.

Great check-in. We were upgraded, given drinks vouchers and €10 euro credit in the wine machine. Room was excellent and comfortable. There was a Smeg fridge with free drinks that were replenished every day including two beers as well as soft drinks. Everything was top quality and amazing.

Loft was wonderful, looked like new. Staff were very helpful on arrival, our room was huge, free mini-bar restocked daily & free €10 card to use in the wine vending machine in the corridor was pleasant surprise, as were the free biscuits & savoury snacks. Breakfast was one of the widest spreads I've seen in a while & catered for all including baby food for those with small children.

High quality hotel.

We loved everything about this stay! Location to the train station is within walking distance with roller bags and Old Town is close by also! The room was spacious and well decorated as was the hotel itself. Staff was so nice and helpful, bar has good drinks snd great food and breakfast was great and a great price! Can’t say anything bad about this place.

Upon arrival, Nora at the front desk took her time to provide some touring suggestions. The room was spacious by European standards. All the staff were kind and helpful. The hotel restaurant had a wide variety in its menu, both for food and drink. We kept our bags in their luggage room while we explored. I highly recommend this hotel.

Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Quirky rooms but with real old world charm. The rooms were spotless each day. The beds were some of the comfiest I've experienced in a hotel. Everything was clearly labelled down to the air con control instructions. The large bathroom was greatly appreciated, with a wonderful large shower with old school taps and controls. The staff on the front desk were superb with each interaction I had with them. There was a huge choice of food for breakfast and it was delicious. We even had a packed breakfast on leaving due to an early flight. The free minibar was also a superb touch. Added to this was the add on of the beer pub and brewery to the hotel. One of our party was even gifted a bottle of wine on their birthday which was unexpected but touches like that can make a stay. I can definitely say I will return to this hotel.
