Its difficult to coordinate with the staff. Thr room and location is good but there are smaller issues like lack of hot water . The reception is far and many a times there is no one

Room was great, a little small but thats ok, we were barely in it, bed super comfortable, check in was super easy, don't be thrown off by the grafitti on the outside, seems like its all over random parts of the city

Wrll positioned with a safe and reasonably priced nearby parking. Tv had no remote control and there were hazardous wires hanging off/near the air conditioning unit. Can be quite loud with people talking/singing below windows in the dead of night. We had to leave a day earlier and the management did not see fit to even give us a small discount for the payment of the room and no attendance. I thought that was unfriendly and a bit short sighted.

The hotel is extremely well located. The accommodation was basic, but spacious and clean.

Receptionist was exceptionally nice and very helpful.

Exterior looks like a building occupied by punkers. Reception was tiny and busy, but effective. We got a day short on our keys, but it was fixed quick enough. Rooms were clean, cool, quiet, and functional. Nothing fancy at all but we had a very good sleep over 3 nights. Showerhead was terrible.

This place is a fantastic spot to stay in Ljubljana. It is right next to Dragon Bridge, and not even 5 minutes from the main Old Town area. Ten minute walk to the train station. That all being said.... I gave it 3 stars for the following reasons. The fridge, which I definitely planned on using... did not work. I went to the place where you check in and told them, and the man at the desk basically said "well, I guess it'll have to be fixed then." No kidding... it did not get fixed. The shower had hot water... most of the time, but the pressure was so high it actually hurt the most sensitive parts of the body. The room is very small, which wasn't a problem for me being solo, but 2 people would probably be a crowd. I stayed for 3 nights.... the second night there was a terrible smell in the room that I could not figure out. It disappeared after that night, but it was bad. Lastly, the walls are not soundproof. I could hear the neighbour's snoring throughout the nights I was there. Other than those things, the place is great for your stay in Ljubljana, and would be a great place to use as a base for seeing Ljubljana. I just wasn't impressed with the interaction with staff and the other small things. If the fridge worked, and the shower didn't feel like razorblades, I'd stay here again for sure.

It’s rough on the outside but great on the inside! Super convenient location. Helpful staff with suggestions for shuttle from the airport and things to do in Ljubljana.

Small room, reasonably priced and clean, EXCELLENT location on the river.

I stayed two nights at this hotel, and I was very happy with my stay the only downfall they were having a bit of issues with the Wi-Fi, but it was corrected once I informed them twice that it was not working if you cannot do stairs do not say it at this hotel there is no elevator. it was the perfect location and I had a beautiful room looking over the river would definitely stay here and recommend this hotel

Super comfy bed and pillows. Awesome view of the river and perfect location. Very friendly staff. However, one of the doors didn’t work and I was locked out and had to wait for someone else to come let me in. And the shower is like needles, it can hurt sensitive parts of the body.

As a forign traveller, I don’t have any local phone. We all know that. Some restaurants take reservation by phone calls. So I asked to make reservation but the person at the front desk said “we dont do that” and wouldn’t do that “as their policy”. I have to show some understanding, but it was very inconvenient and I ended up walking to the restaurant to make a reservation.

An absolute yes to staying here again. Perfect location- a few steps away from the Dragon Bridge and a 10 minute walk to/from the bus station. The room was a perfect size for me since I was traveling solo. Very clean, and you can’t beat the price per night!

The guesthouse are in very nice location for tourists. And the room has been cleaned with kind staffs.
