DO NOT stay here — We were extremely disappointed with our experience. The apartment itself was horrible and lacked basic comfort. There’s no fan or proper ventilation, leaving the space feeling stuffy and uncomfortable. The bathroom design is also a major issue — the doorless layout provides zero privacy, and the window allows harsh light to shine in all night as you try to sleep. It was very loud all night, and the beds were very uncomfortable. The primary reason we chose this apartment was that it was advertised as having a gym. Upon check-in, the host even said, "Ask at the front desk and they’ll show you the gym." However, after wandering around aimlessly the next morning, we were told there was no gym on-site. Instead, the host later mentioned a gym located 10 minutes away, which felt like we were completely lied to. Checkout day, the host shows up 10 minutes before check out time, knocks on the door, we open it, and he walks right in with buckets of cleaning materials as if to shoe us out of the place, totally invasive. We would never trust this place. Overall, this apartment does not offer good value for the cost, and we recommend never staying here. We are experienced world travelers, and don’t ever write 1 star reviews, this place was an exception, we want to warn you to avoid this place. Outside of that, Cape Town was amazing! Definitely take the tram up to the top of table mountain, absolutely stunning! Dress warm if at night, windy and cold.

Overall this was a perfectly good location and apartment. The location is not that easy to walk from but there is a free canal boat service to the Waterfront. The best way to get around if you don't have a car is Uber there are thousands of drivers and the rates are extremely low. The apartment itself was spacious and had all the utilities you would require. Ideal for a couple. Internet access was good and a large choice of TV channels. The view was good as was the organisation. Slightly strange arrangement with the use of electric being bothered almost on a daily basis about whether we have a enough electric. There is a restaurant on the ground floor with a good variety of food and drinks and a small terrace overlooking the canal. The only disappointment with the entire booking was a ridiculously high charge the owners made to collect me from the airport. Four times the charge of Uber and twice the charge of a regular taxi. Tipoa Rental Car have just opened an office nearby and there is space for parking in the basement. This location and apartment his recommended.

Good location for the Cape Town Convention Center and to take a canal taxi into the Waterfront. Apartments are located in between main freeway and busy harbour road so can be noisy, but it's not a massive issue. Convenient restaurant in building with acceptable menu, just very limited choice of meals. Nice apartment size for up to two at reasonable rate.
