Clean, friendly, and provided everything we needed.

The beach views with breakfast were breathtaking. The food could use more varieties. The danish were not fresh daily. The fruit was always beautiful to look at.

I stayed here in June and lived my stay. It was just as good this time as last. I will definitely stay here again. It is very clean, staff are friendly and helpful, bed is comfortable, has a beautiful view. Very nice place to stay.

Great hotel and location for a fun filled weekend holiday.

We stayed a few nights at Belaire. It is was good value. The breakfast selection was very good and the size of the rooms were good too. Rooms have a table, fridge, sink and microwave so is suitable for eating in. Pool was nice but is not heated. Real shame there is no gym or spa. Hotel has many floors but only two lifts, which are often used by staff, so inconvenient waits during busy times like Breakfast. Area looks nice with great views from hotel of seafront and prominade. It looked safe, with many joggers early morning and late evening. But locals advised much caution, so we ended up taking Uber everywhere. The area behind the hotel does seem quite deprived compared the the seafront area. If you dont want to think about safety, stay in Umhlanga area instead as that seemed really safe

We had an amazing trip The beds are so comfortable and the service is excellent. Really enjoyed the breakfast and there were separate vegetarian/halaal options which was awesome. we were just disappointed to get a 2nd floor apartment which was too low for a sea view, there were no apartments available on higher floors

Staff is very supportive, very quick to assist when needed, close to all needed amenities. The food and bar is excellent, taste of real African food

Good value. Well located. Only issues are service 1) breakfast is great BUT coffee never arrives. For gods sake install self service coffee machines 2) the cafe bar has terriblecservice and the staff even joke about delaying serving you. They think you cant understand them but i understand zulu. It is terrible.

Stayed here several times. Good vslue and good location. Only problem is breakfast service when in all my stays here i have NEVER received my coffee before the end of my breakfast. Fir heavens sake install self service coffee machines

Belaire Suites was beautiful. I had a corner room beach side with a wonderful view. My room was nice and big. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was wonderful. Had both, a nice tub to relax in and a beautiful shower. It was easy to find, had parking in front, and everyone was very kind and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

My stay was exceptional. My daughter enjoyed the pool area . The hotel is situated closer to a lot of entertainment , shops and restaurants . The breakfast buffet was spot on. Service from the door was amazing.

Wouldn’t stay anywhere else for Comrades weekend
