There was nothing we didn't like. our visit wasn't for a holiday and it was short so we didn't get chance to enjoy the facilities. But we will certainly be back soon.

I have stayed at Alannia several times. Again this time the Habanna bungalow was spotless. It has all you need. Heating, towels, comfortable bed (extra blankets if needed), tv with 4 english channels with a kettle on request. Staff are super friendly and helpful and I enjoy staying here even off season

i have stayed in many haunted locations in england. But this place has literally left me scared to sleep at night.
i moved from one of the bungalows to another chalet. same thing. it was awful. i could not sleep and was literally haunted to the point of being quite scared. i will never return here ever again in my life. I can imagine alot and i mean alot of old people have died here due to the age of the 3000 caravan residents. i will never go back to this place ever again in my life !

my son a window didn’t close . I didn’t feel safe for him to sleep alone in the room . i ask the front desk but they didn’t have another room . so i have to sleep for 4 night in a bunk bed beside my son . not cool . we book it the resort for water park and bc the bunk bed room .

The accommodation was good & clean but showing signs of wear, especially to some of the furnishings, eg sofabed was very uncomfortable.
Also, we were disappointed that the outside tropical pool wasn't open. We asked reception and were told this was a seasonal thing but this was not stated on the web site. We did not wish to use the indoor pool as we wanted to be in the warm sunshine.
Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay and was good value for money.

The place it's amazing very clean, and the restaurant food is very good and really good in price. A special thanks to Marta in the reception for sorting us out the upgrade. Very good for family's with loads of activities available two huge swimming pools and big play area for kids. Spa also recommended. Amazing week I had with my family will definitely be back soon.

Great campsite, would have been better if we knew the pool with all the slides was shut though and although the other pool is beautiful it’s freezing! Warmer in the sea in November. Food from the bar is just ok. On the bright side we would go back as the resort as a whole is really nice and the cabins are comfortable and well presented but would make sure the other pool is open.

This was a last minute booking after our thomas cook disaster.
The resort was excellent, both swimming pools were well kept and clean.
The bungalows we stayed in were spotless and fully air conditioned.
We hired a car as the resort isn't close to much and saved a fortune in taxi fares.
The food was good we had full board for the first 2 days but as september finished the resort began to settle down and we found both restaurants closed. We had to eat off a set menu for the night which wasn't the best.
We had a fantastic stay and we would return.
The negatives really is a welcome pack for all pools and restaurants would be much better.
Im sure in the height of season this wouldn't be a problem but for us it felt miscommunicated.
Its a spanish resort but it is wonderful and other than making things clearer in a welcome pack, i would give this place 4/5.

Beautifully clean bungalow and pools, facilities were great - you do need a car to go out to eat or travel to nearby towns as the food is ok at the campsite but not amazing. On site supermarket is good. Staff were great at reception and bars. Noise levels are a bit high from neighbours, but pools were fairly quiet, plenty of sunbeds available. Wifi was good at bungalow but never worked in public places. Will definitely return.

The property was very clean and towels and bedding was spotless, there was a lot of condensation in the morning on one of the windows that was dripping down the walls . We had to request a kettle and extra pillows. But the staff were very helpful and provided everything we requested without question.
