Rooms are a bit dated and could do with a refurb. Otherwise food was genrally good and waterpark was amazing for the kids.

It was very noisy. Because of the hotels design, the noise from the lounge/resteraunt area travels up into the hallways and rooms. For those of us that like to go to bed before 10pm, it is very hard to get to sleep.

Excellent resort to take the children. The obvious attraction being the aqua park the hotel provides which is big enough and fun. Also the proximity to the beach from the hotel was a bonus. An enjoyable experience all round. Food was great too and of a high standard.

Very comfortable and easy going, the staff help me in anything I need.

Fun place for families, especially with younger children.

It was very noisy. Music was load until 12:30 due to concert at the hotel. People were running around with their kids in the hallway until 1:20 am. We had two rooms and non of us had any sleep. We had to travel 6 hrs next day. They must reimburse me for my stay!!! Never seen anything like this very irresponsible from hotel management. They were not any help.

First let me qualify by saying we enjoyed the Hotel and had a lovely holiday. The room was well appointed, the breakfast excellent (I just wish someone would show staff how to fry eggs as 90% were always broken yolks), Alvaro & David on reception were excellent and professional as well as friendly. This is mainly a Spanish visitors hotel & weekends were full, the rest of the time it was very quiet and the Animation team entertained a very few. The entertainment area was very large and included the bar, most guest are All Inclusive and as there are very few eateries close by I can understand that, we traveled to Rota most nights to eat. The down side here is the pool is tiny for the Hotel size, infact I thought it was the childrens pool, however there is a free shuttle bus to the beach. The bath room was tightly packed and almost impossible to reach the bin past the bidet and if you were on the loo and someone tried opening the door you'd get nicely bruise knees or worse still lose a couple of toes it was that close to the loo, however the shower was excellent and tiling nice. Although the room was nice we had numerous problems, Aircon not working properly on arrival, safety deposit box error locking itself 3 times & worst off all as we were leaving for airport, toilet valve sticking and constantly running water, I couldn't even be bothered to report this, mending myself when it happened daily but worst was the fact that the patio door would not close properly or lock and t

The only issue was the bed was to hard for me. Other then that very nice place.

The hotel was perfect but unfortunately a close relative died somewhere else and we had to leave the hotel. They did not reimburse the money and were not very helpful at all. Terrible!

The hotel did not have my reservation when I arrived. I had to forward a copy of the email I received from Orbitz. Meanwhile, Orbitz states on the email confirmation i received that I do not have to do any such thing, that the hotel should have my reservation by the time I arrive, yadayadayada

The hotel has been renovated recently, displaying very modern common areas. The rooms however, show some wear and tear, but are in a very respectably good condition. The bar/restaurant where shows may be viewed is huge, and very comfortable. The shows themselves are very impressive, featuring singers and awesome flamenco dancers. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet dining facility is also huge, well staffed and very well - stocked with an excellent selection of appetizers, entrees, and desserts. The best part of my stay at the Alegria hotels is the excellent and professional customer care from every hotel staff.

Very nice hotel, in an excellent location, and with easy access to and from downtown, beaches and points in between. The hotel has been recently renovated, the rooms are spacious, with very nice furnishings, and is evident everywhere. Wifi signal is reasonably good, and there are lots of good tv channels. Unfortunately there are no American or English channels to watch on the fairly large flatscreen TV. The hotel has a medium - sized pool with no fitness center to speak of. There are however very nice walk-ways and running paths right outsie the hotel, to help burn off those extra calories from the breakfast buffet.

Very upscale and modern hotel, not far from the beach and bus stop. Great restaurant, with a wonderful breakfast buffet.

Si vas con enanos y dispuesto a sonreír con lo que venga, perfecto. Si no, ten en cuenta que le sobra una estrella: comida normal, limpieza y habitación justita, el baño horrible, una piscina enana fuera del Aquapark, animación inexistente, con una lanzadera para ir a la playa... han querido tapar dos sillas con un solo culo, y ni el hotel ni el parque acuático están a la altura de la pasta que cuesta. Porque sale por una pasta la broma.

El personal ha sido bastante desagradable. Deben entender que si pago un “todo incluído” es porque mis niños y yo pretendemos consumir . Daba la impresión que cada vez que íbamos a una barra molestábamos. Se paga un incremento importante por el “todo incluido” para que te hagan sentir poco menos que un indigente, y te lo sirvan con una desgana y un desprecio que no lo he visto en mi vida. Tampoco ha habido animación para los niños ni en la piscina ni por las noches. Después de varios años puedo afirmar sin equivocarme que no vuelvo a pisar ese hotel.
