La verdad que no puedo quejarme porque han sido tres dias geniales..el trato con la agencia estupendo y la vivienda estaba super bien en cuanto a limpieza y comodidad...muchas gracias por todo..espero volver!!!!

Limpio, actual, lo único la tele, era de las viejas, y el calentador necesitas cerillas para encenderlo. No está en primera línea de playa, pero nuestro interés era el salón de actos Palacio d'Or, y estábamos al lado, por eso lo elegimos.

Whole experience was terrible. According to photos I was booking hotel after paying discovered it was not hotel but an apartment no where near hotel with separate checking in reception miles away, no correlation to photos on booking site at all. lucky we had hired car or it would have not have been feasible to continue with checking in. Sent to wrong location when we did get there took over 30 minute wait before we could speak to someone. After checking in we had poor instructions on where our apartment was located, parking facility space 49 was no where to be found,there was 48 & 50 but no 49 - no one to help us, left to our own devices will never use Apartmentos 3000 again. They need to be told to put correct instructions and photos on booking site as they were very misleading we were looking for hotel not apartment - the whole experience was a fiasco from beginning to end and took nearly 4 hours to complete - a complete joke - what do you think?

El fregaplatos no funcionaba y nos tocó llamar 4 veces mandaron a 1 persona y dijo esto no tiene arreglo, nos comentó q ya nos llamarían ellos, nos tocó volver a llamar y dijeron q mandaban a otra persona, tardó 2 días en ir, nosotros esperando y xq volvimos a llamar.Al final dijo lo mismo q el otro y nos dijeron esto es lo q hay no podemos poner otro nuevo de momento lo sentimos y en compensación nos dejaron salir 2 horas mas tarde, pero xq lo dijimos nosotros de ellos no salio nasa.la hora de entrar y salir malísima a las 17 y la de salir a las 10, si pagas 20 euros te dejan entrar antes

Muy bien equipado en buena urbanización a 5 min de la playa. El único inconveniente es que ponía que tenia piscina pero no abren hasta el 1 de junio...por lo que no tiene piscina como tal si no puedes usarla. La agencia que te lo alquila te cobra por cualquier cosa aparte....20 euros por entrar antes de las 17:00 otros 20 por salir después de las 10:00... 10 euros por perro día, 40 euros por toallas...aparentemente en el buscador es económico hasta que te pones a sumar.

El primer apartamento que nos dieron no tenia agua corriente (les cortaron el agua y no lo sabian), ni mantas (nos trajeron despues), ni funcionaba la televisión, ni la llave era la correcta (tuvimos que ir a canviarla), ni nos avisaron que habia un suplemento si queriamos calefacción, ni que nos teniamos que llevar las toallas. Nos cambiaron a otro de otra immobiliaria (ellos no tenian disponibles en la zona) y ese tenia de todo y estuvimos muy bien.
