We had the most amazing time here - from arriving very late on our first evening reception were waiting for us and everything was quickly sorted and we were soon in our room.
We were very happy with the quality of the accommodation from start to finish everything was of very high standard- plenty of plates pans cutlery nice fridge - daily cleaning was exceptional and shower was very very nice !
We will definitely visit here again- it’s so close to the beach and surrounded by nice restaurants and bars and just on the edge of the old town.
For those who fancy the new town it’s a fifteen minute walk along the promenade.

Our stay at the apartments was ok, the disappointment for me was no reception after 8pm.
We had to pre tell the reception of our arrival time then pay 20€ to have someone bring the room key.
We got our room for 40€ a night and it cost 20€ to get the keys.
Be aware there are two entrances around the side of the building.
We told the reception we would be there around 9:30 pm but arrived a bit early, I called reception to tell them we had arrived ana waited outside the building. 25 minutes later I recalled the reception to find we had been stood outside the wrong door.

Che skin was fast. Rooms were ok if staying for longer maybe look for something more 4 stars. Not water was an issue i had toge t them to switch it on. Apartment to the side get really no sun. So you want a sea facing room as sun all day

These are nice spacious apartments, clean and modern. The location is perfect on the edge of Lavante beach, but also only 5 minutes walk to the centre of old town, for bars, restaurants etc. Fairly quiet too, since its on the edge of town.

Great location for exploring Benidorm - Close to beach and restaurants but important for us not surrounded by noisy late night bars - some noise from people returning home at night - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and one very small room with camp bed - good basic kitchen and bathroom with good shower - TV with some UK channels - WiFi worked OK - Very friendly staff - Air conditioning failed near end of holiday but supportive staff resolved the issue - I do not think it is a place to stay if you have a rental car - Has Lift as well as stairs to 2nd floor apartment with good decor throughout.

Good to have separate bedroom. Balcony great for early morning coffee and watching the people go by. Having air conditioner was great. The mattress on the bed was so comfortable it was amazing I would love to have it at home, being mid July it was very busy every night some could be a little noisy at times.

Very friendly and helpful staff from the start. We paid for the upgrade to get a sea front apartment and were very happy with the decision as it was great to sit in the sun and people watch. The apartment had everything we needed and we’d definitely stay again

Room was small but very clean, A little noisy outside with passing mopeds and restaurant across the road. Seaview apartment would have definitely added to our stay but they were already booked up. Location was good giving a excellent central point to explore in all directions.
