My stay at this hotel was made exceptional by the outstanding reception staff. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly helpful and friendly. I was greeted with an early check-in, which was a pleasant surprise since I hadn't originally booked for that time. They even went above and beyond to give me a room with a better view, which I really appreciated. The rooms were great overall, although some aspects could use a little freshening up, like the walls. However, the comfort and cleanliness were top-notch. The pool area was a nice and quiet retreat, perfect for relaxing. The only downside was that the pool didn't get sun all day, as it moved behind the buildings. Despite this, I still enjoyed my time there, and the exceptional service from the receptionists truly made my stay memorable.

Receptionist (short hair blonde British lady ) couldn’t be more helpful amazing !! Hotel clean rooms great size etc. clientele - clearly caters for those who don’t respect others, rowdy noisy lack of sleep disgraceful. Hotel does nothing about this. So sadly it’s a no for a return from me. Shame as if not for being scared to tell the noisy clients tk behave it would be a fair place to stay

Love this property! have been here 3 times and it is very consistent. Always very clean and tidy. apartments, pool and pool area spotlessly clean. Staff very polite, welcoming and helpful. Rooms spacious and well equipped (Fridge, microwave, washing up liquid, sponges and bin bags provided and a few small bottles of shower gel and bar of soap) my only negative is that they could do with a bit more wardrobe space, a hairdryer and a full length mirror. Otherwise can’t think of any negativity at all! lovely little place, Very good location for the beach, shops and nightlife. You are also able to use the hotel across the road which has a bigger pool and bar area. Hopefully returning next year!

Staff friendly and helpful chilled out atmosphere short walk to beach aircon in all rooms walk from beach to hotel slight uphill was only micro annoyance but that is what it is worth every penny is our chosen go to hotel will be going back for sure

Cleaning was very poor. Quick mop of only part of the floor, broken glass under the beds, hairs on the floor and bathroom surfaces. Although modern apartments, they are not maintained well at all. Stains on the walls, toilet seat and bedding. Wardrobe door didn't open and close smoothly, damaged furniture.

This is our 2nd stay at these apartments and once again cannot fault them the staff on reception especially Andrea were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble the whole complex is nice and clean could get a sunbed whatever time you wanted one there’s a good selection of drinks at the bar and there was no trouble or rowdiness at all brilliant stay and we’ll be back would definitely recommend 😊👍

The overall say was ok just didn’t have our room cleaned or any fresh towels for 4 days when asked they explained to us the don’t clean the room for people staying less then 4 days
