Staff were great. Very clean and well appointed hotel. All the common areas and hallways are also spotless. Slightly sloppy housekeeping at times….toilet paper and shower soap not replenished. On the whole an excellent experience, would highly recommend. Great location right over the Barceló Sants Station, and easy access to Plaça Sants and Sants Estació metro stations. Also lots of taxis available outside the train station.

The hotel itself is excellent, deco, staff, breakfast, but my son's jacket and backpack was sprayed by a group at New Year Eve right after getting out the taxi, which destroyed our mode to enjoy the year end celebration firework.

Room, temperature and bed were good. However, we have a 2 years old kid and we order a coffee and a scrabble eggs for early breakfast as we were leaving very early and they charged us as 2 buffet breakfast without giving us a notice of that.
