Hotel stay was absolutely faultless. 15 minute walk to the promenade and sea front. The room freshly decorated, modern and immaculately clean. Tea and coffee free in reception area 24hrs per day. Every member of staff we saw could not have been more friendly, smiley or helpful. Thank you very much.

The property is newly refurbished, modern, very clean, and considering it's a located at a busy road, surprising quiet (the rooms facing the castle more so - no surprise). The air condition is near silent! (I am a light sleeper so great for me). The standard rooms are on the compact side, but all have a safe and a little fridge. We asked for extra hangers which we received in minutes. It's within 5 min walk from the train station, and the C6 airport bus stop, that goes to the airport every 20 minutes. Loved the free coffee! Our stay started out badly, as our window didn't close properly which causes the air condition to stop and the made the street sound very noticeable. However the next morning the staff sorted everything within five minutes and the new room looked over the castle and was so quiet, it was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful in general. The hotel is about 8 minutes walk away from Plaza Luceros, a square with lots of restaurants. It took us about 15 to walk to 'Mushroom Street' and about 20 minutes to walk to the harbour area. It's the perfect hotel for a short stay with good breakfast. I'd happily go back anytime.

The location was superb! It was less than a 5-minute walk to the train terminal, where I could leave my luggage at the hotel in the morning and pick it up at 1:30 PM to catch the 2 PM train. It was convenient for tourists to walk to the attractions, most of which were within a 20-minute walk. Other than that, just one small issue to mention: the noise from people opening doors in the corridor may occur and affect sleep in the morning. Everything else was perfect for me!

Friendly check in. Room very clean and comfortable. Free soft drinks, coffee, fruit and pastries in reception. No frills hotel but perfectly adequate for a 1 night stay in Alicante.

It was my first time at B&B. This hotel located right in the center with easy access to train station and rental cars. New and clean hotel. Doesn't have parking, that's the only thing my keep me away next time. The rest was perfect.

The staff area excelente

Perfect location for bus ride from airport and close to the railway station and tram.

Basic !! & small very small rooms ,decent shower, wardrobe only made for short garments & not much space to put anything ,Area around hotel not very appealing at all but not too far away from centre as long as you are happy to walk 15 mins or so .Basic breakfast in reception but very soul less with a school canteen feel ( background music would improve this )

The hotel is very good ,clean ,comfy , and the staff is excellent, such an employee by the name D.. that was above and beyond, excellent!!!!!
