Excellent service from receptionist, to the domestic . The hotel have put in place secure measures with Covid 19.Very clean and every employee ,make sure all the visitors been trated with respect and they always been helpfull and friendly.

Stayed here for 2 nights, hotel is very clean, staff spend a lot of time cleaning. Hotel room was small but clean and functional, furniture was looking tired and room would benefit from a refurb. Bathroom was small, door was difficult to open, couldn’t adjust the shower as the head was pushed up against the ceiling making showering awkward. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. We did the all inclusive option, wouldn’t do that option again if we stayed here as not good value for money. Our first night we enjoyed the food, was hot decent quality for all inclusive and it was busy in the dining room, unfortunately our second night was different, much quieter and food choice and quality was not as good, it was the same with breakfasts, first day proper orange juice, second day seemed to just be orange squash. Some food had gone cold, some was still hot nit great. Location of hotel was fine, we stayed out of season and the area was quiet which we prefer. Short walk to the seafront and buses to Palma etc

Very touristy area that I would not recommend. The hotel was fine for one night (close to airport), but the area was trashy. For the money, you can find better hotels on the island. The staff at the hotel was very nice, but the people staying were all there to party and up very early to drink and blast music.

The location was perfect, if you want frills this is not the place for you , it’s good value , breakfast and evening meal included, food was fresh and lots of choice , I would suggest that you check out your room before sleep time as it can be noisy in parts of the building at night. You have to ask, information not forthcoming.

A pocos pasos de la playa. Si bien el mobiliario de la habitación debería ser actualizado inmediatamente, el hotel es muy cómodo y está bien ubicado para pasar unos días en Mallorca y recorrer la isla. Lo que es de destacar es la amabilidad del personal, desde el momento en que realizamos el check in, donde una chica de Bulgaria con excelente predisposición no asignó rápidamente una habitación antes del horario correspondiente, es de destacar las sras que atienden el comedor todo el trabajo que hacen para satisfacer a los huéspedes, la limpieza y la calidad de la comida. Y finalizar el día tomando algo en la barra con la atención personalizada de Sulaica, quien se esmeraba en verificar que estábamos a gusto. Que más se puede pedir....

Nice enough...Hotel Staff were pleasant and friendly nothing was too much trouble. Hotel close to a lovely beach. Loads of facilities in the immediate area Food was mainly good albeit a little bit samie but a good effort and fresh every day. Rooms cleaned and tidied every day. Overall very happy and would be more than happy to return one day

We stayed for 10 days the hotel is situated just off the beach so we didn't use the pool the staff were very friendly and more than helpful our room was on the 9th floor was spacious and had a balcony with a view of the beach. Meal time's were very good so no need to rush food was very good plenty of room in the restaurant I would stay here again

Hotel isn't new but it is clean and close to the beach. It's hard to find parking near hotel - we parked car near MLL Palma Bay Club Resort on Bellavista street (approx 10 minutes walk from hotel). I liked breakfast and especially a dinner - there was a lot of to choose from - even ice cream. Drinks (beer etc.) was for a fee but I think it's normal.

room very small and no balcony but kept clean maid service every day glad we were only staying 4 days food was ok always plenty of salad and a choice of pasta dishes chips are on the menu every night and soup a good choice of deserts breakfast was continental no full english sometimes not very hot but there is a microwave plus side was aircon in rooms and free wifi through out the hotel even in the rooms maybe this is why it gets the extra star rating as i would personally from years of experience of travelling not rate it a 3 star more 2 but it was a cheap 4 day break and we managed if i was staying longer i would of asked for a room change the reception staff were very helpfull and friendly wish i could say the same for the rest of the staff swimmimg pool is small and gets about 2 hours sun at different intervals of the day this is maybe why there was only 2 sun beds if you are looking for a cheap break then i would say stay here

We used this as a stop over before heading to Soller as flight very late. We were put in a room with a great view through to the beach and the beds were comfortable, shower good, perfect for what we needed. Good choice for breakfast but not sure where they get their foamy yoghurt!!! Overall perfect for a stop over.
