very shabby entrance. very small room and ridiculously uncomfortble bathroom arrangements. couldn't have a window open at night because the room was practically in the alley way. therefore uncomfortably hot in the bedroom but freezing in the toilet area.

Great location, easy to find and lovely room. Plenty hot water and shampoo and shower gel provided, great for light luggage travellers.

By far the best thing about this hotel is its fantastic location, close to the centre of Palma Old town

Nice little hotel with lots of character in a terrific location. Would recommend for a short break.

The hotel is odd as there is no reception desk. Initially a bit wierd but not really a problem as staff available on connected phone.

Struttura in centro Palma, molto comoda a piedi per visitare la città. Check-in automatico, no reception. Disponibile deposito bagagli prima del check-in e dopo il check-out, molto comodo. La zona è SILENZIOSISSIMA! Di notte e fino alle 11 di mattina non abbiamo sentito volare una mosca. Abbiamo riposato egregiamente sia nel pomeriggio che di notte fino a tarda mattina. Camera piccola ma attrezzata di tutto. Molto funzionale (a parte uno dei comodini, poco furbo). Arredata in stile antico legno+vetro e particolare (ad esempio, armadi incassati nei muri e vetri lavorati). Vista dalla finestra pessima (dà sulla strada, in particolare su un portone di metallo per auto); in compenso, il bagno ha una finestrella. Qualche incomprensione/problema per richieste inadeguate rigiardo al pagamento, risolte però senza fatica. Consigliato come base-riposo per visitare e vivere la città. Sconsigliato se si desidera permanere in camera oltre al riposo.

Einchecken problematisch, Zahlen nicht lesbar, hellhörig, da Fenster sich nicht richtig schließen lassen! Matratzen gut, Whirlpool angenehm! Lage sehr zentral, alles fussläufig erreichbar, Deutsches Fernsehprogramm war OK!

einfaches, preiswertes, gut gelegenes hotel im zentrum von palma. checkin lief nach kurzem whatsapp chat unkompliziert. hatte eigentlich ein zimmer mit zwei einzelbetten reserviert, der bitte wurde leider nicht nachgekommen, was aber kein wirkliches problem war. sehr bequemes bett.

Tolles Hotel - ohne Rezeption - in Altstadtmitte - zum Schlafen und Duschen reicht es völlig aus - im Dezember wäre ein Heizstrahler wünschenswert - die Türritzen zum Balkon haben wir mit Kissen und Decken zugestopft.

Sijainti ei voisi olla parempi! Kaikki käden ylottuvilla. Extra bonus oli huoneeseemme kuuluva terassi kerrosta ylempänä, raput vain suoraan huoneesta. Siisti ja toimiva.

Utmärkt läge nära La Rambla. Krånglig in-och utcheckningsprocess. Ingen reception eller personal på plats. Enkla men mysiga rum. Nästa gång jag bor i centrala Palma väljer jag detta igen.

God beliggenhed, ekstrem lydt.

Enkelt och billigt. Men man får vad man betalar för. Enda synpunkten är att incheckningen var lite onödigt besvärlig eftersom den skedde över telefon och hotellpersonalen knappt talar engelska och jag knappt spanska.

Hotel pequeño, sin recepción física, antiguo pero limpio.

Nous avons passé une seule nuit dans cet hôtel à notre arrivée sur Palma. L'hôtel est très bien placé mais la chambre est rustique et n'est pas sécurisée. Pour entrer dans la chambre il n'y a pas de clés mais un code qui est le même que pour rentrer dans l'hôtel. Nous ne serions pas restés si nous avions du y rester plus qu'une nuit.

Sehr tolle Lage direkt in der City. Kein Personal zum ansprechen. Bilder entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit. Keine Terasse vorhanden. Badewanne mit Sprudelfunktion ist defekt. Eine dünne Tagesdecke für zwei Personen zum schlafen. Man ist nicht sicher ob sie auch wirklich gewechselt wird. Kaffe für 1,50 die man sich beim Eingang selber zubereitet mit einer Senseo Maschine finde ich Wucher. Keine Milch zwei kleine Päckchen Zucker für alle Gäste. Für den Preis leider etwas zu teuer. Andere Alternativen orten wenigstens Personal und Frühstück an. Rezeption nicht vorhanden. Beim Check in liegt ein Umschlag mit meinem Namen frei herum die ich öffnen und ein Formular mit eigenen Daten ausfüllen soll. Anschließend soll man es an eine bestimmte Nummer mit dem dort stehenden Faxgerät faxen. Dachte ich bin im falschen Film. Wer Lust auf ein Dschungelabenteuer hat kann dort gerne einchecken.

Centrally located hotel a few minutes from Placa Major and less than 10 minutes walk to the La Seu Cathedral. Self check-in with code to entrance and room (no reception). Video surveillance in hotel by reception and phones on each floor for contact. Upon entry you are asked to send a form with passport/payment card details by fax or e-mail to reception. Any issues or questions were quickly responded to and resolved by e-mail or phone from reception and the process generally worked well. Location central in a smaller alley but just a few minutes from Placa España, providing easy access to buses, including (at this time bus 1 5euro from or to airport). Room small but functional. Room safe, bathroom with bathtub and shower, wifi in reception and worked in room at least in room up to second floor. Some noise from street and from ventilation but manageable. Fridge in room was a bonus. Good budget option hotel room in central area.
