Lugar bonito y seguro, la señora muy atenta y recomienda lugares para visitar, las habitaciones son bonitas y solo un detalle es la luz de la entrada queesta detrás de la puerta en lanoxhe es un poco incómodo para losque no podemos dormir con luz en el cuarto, por todo lo demás muy bonit, sin duda llegando a madrid me escojo otra oportunidad de visitarles. I do not think I have ever had such awful and rude service in my life! Check-in ends SUPER early (8:30 pm) such a very inconvenience if you are coming from the Madrid train station very late at night. Apart from being more than 1 hour away from what it feels civilization is, rides can be costly (almost 100€). Very hard to get around this little town because it feels isolated from other places. If you are looking just to get away in the mountains in a peaceful, quiet place I would recommend it. Especially because the place itself is very cozy. The biggest problem was the late check-in I did AFTER I HAD CALLED IN ALREADY, the staff kept complaining about how late I was and how she had to wake up very early the next day. Then when I asked about breakfast, she complained about her doing everything by herself including the cleaning after. It seemed that she hated her job and complained about it all the time. Not a good attitude towards it.
