I didn't have a meal there. I loved the room. I loved the big shower. I would have liked to have wash cloths.

Loved the small bar in the lobby. Very useful to get a drink and take to rooftop lounge.

Lovely hotel. Very comfortable and right in the heart of the gothic quarter. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Good options for breakfast. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable bed with all the amenities you could wish for in the en-suite bathroom. I would happily recommend and would stay here again.

Great location in Gothic area. Room was clean but needed updates/showing its wear. Staff was very helpful at check in and reserving us a car to cruise terminal.

Front desk was very nice and helpful in the morning when we checked in. The next day same person was helpful till it didn't go his way and then he was arrogant and non helpful.

The Staff was fantastic, so helpful all the time. The room was very small, so when you book, be observant if you need space.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance to most attractions, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Transportation is also very convenient, making it easy to get around the city. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mathias and Andres for their outstanding service—they assisted us with transportation arrangements and helped reserve tickets for a flamenco show. Their professionalism and support were truly appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was located in a great area, in the Gothic part of the city. Great walking area with lots of shops & restaurants. Great, helpful, friendly staff. Very clean.

Great customer service and even better location in the heart of everything. A little dated and the pool is the size of a bathtub but hard to beat walking from here and enjoying the location.

Comfortable rooms and convenient location. Staff were helpful and professional. It was easy to store our bags at the front desk after our early cruise-port arrival before our rooms were ready, and again after checkout before heading to the airport for our evening flight. We did experience a fair amount of street noise. Our room was on the side alley and in addition to late-night revelers walking by at all hours (especially on weekends), there were huge rattling/banging/scraping sounds for 15-20 minutes at a time in the middle of the night (taking the trash out? delivering/removing linens?). It presumably wasn't as loud as it would have been on a major street, but it did disrupt our sleep multiple times. (White noise apps on our phones helped!) We weren't able to get the A/C working the first night (so it was hot and stuffy, and we didn't have the white noise that the fan made, which was helpful for the outside noise). But the next morning, the desk clerk came up and fiddled with it and got it to work (very unintuitive; the unit turns off if you set it "too low"). We were worried about whether taxis would bring us there, after hearing other travelers' stories about access to the roads within the Gothic Quarter -- but we didn't have a problem, though one taxi did ask to drop us off at the top of the road (a very short walk away).

Did not have breakfast so could say. I was disappointed as there was no restaurant in hotel, however, sorrounding places are very good

Really enjoyed our stay at Catalonia Avinyo. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and spoke very good English. Had my best coffee here and wines from the bar vary nice (and we're fussy). Very close to Leuce metro and La Rambla. Irish pub across the road served simple but delicious hamburgers when we were too tired to go further afield.
