Location: Great location as it was an esy walk to everythingvyet far enouhh away from the crowds. Hotel: Very nice, clean, modern. Has a wonderful roof top deck with bar and pool which provide great views over the city and water. Gym is very well equiped. Great breakfast. Rooms: very nice and clean. Great shower and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Staff: Wonderful and especially the breakfast staff. I would certainly stay at this hotel again. San Sebastian is a wonderful city to visit.

Perfect location. Easy walk to the beach (5min) and into old town (10 min). Rooms were clean and adequately sized. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Beautiful roof top bar with great views. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was nice and in a good location to the old town, the rooftop bar and pool were a real plus. However being on the first floor I did not appreciate the flood lights outside the window and fact I could hear people checking in and out from reception, plus the mattress needs upgrading. The team were really accommodating especially sorting our cars emissions paperwork and parking was very convenient (at €25 a night).

This property is situated right in the heart of old town San Sebastián. It features a beautiful rooftop pool with panoramic views of the beach and surrounding area. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was served buffet style and offered all the regional delights including tomato jam with homemade bread. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property during your stay at San Sebastián.

Siento que le falta ese toque especial hacia los huéspedes. Teniendo en cuenta lo que pagamos el hotel se siente frío y el personal no es cálido. El hotel tiene muchas facilidades pero le falta atención hacia detalles. La habitación cómoda pero la cama dura y muy finito la colcha. El baño excelente. El restaurante tenía un menú limitado solo cenamos un día y estuvo bien. En resumen nuestra estadía no fue memorable, fue adecuada pero por lo que pagamos no me volvería a quedar.
