Got a phone call from the receptionist, we had left some medication in the room, receptionist found my number, added international dialling code for the UK , travelled back 160 km to pick up medication, we couldn’t thank her enough

Hotel stunning inside and out

Good hotel, nice restaurant and cafe, no complaints.

The hotel was clean and had nice staff and a location very close to the racing circuit of MotorLand Aragon. The beds were quite comfortable and the bathroom and shower were nice as well. The hotel has a fitness center in the basement that appeared to be accessible at any hour, and included a couple of treadmills, exercise bicycles, and some weight equipment. I would happily stay here again the next time I am at the racing circuit in Aragon.

Good location, close to Motorland Aragon circuit. Beds aren't very comfortable maybe could benefit from a mattress topper and same with the pillows a little hard. But the rooms are nice and they are clean. Overall a good hotel

A nice quiet little town. This hotel is a 10 min walk from the town center which is small but has a few bars. Not a great choice of places to eat though. But as a one night stop over it was perfectly adequate.

Hotel ok, room clean, car park tricky to find (but ok once found), restaurant staff inattentive but food ok, check out time consuming with confusion and poor records of room prepayments. In general ok - but could be better.

Very comfortable great service

5 minutes from the circuit so a petfect location in an area with not many hotels to chose from. Restaurant food was too a very good standard and the staff are friendly and efficient. A clean and functional room but no in room coffee or tea facilties. Not good enough today when the hotel portrays itself as 4 stars, however recommended if going to an event at Motorland.

wifi was poor, kept cutting out and meant i had to work external to the hotel.no gym / sauna as was told. service in restaurant poor and slow. i will not stay here again for the price i paid.

This hotel has a great location and the personnel is very friendly. Our room was fine except under the beds; There was a lot of dust that had accumulated for many days. Also make sure you mention you want a non-smoking room and check it out. They are very good at accomodating you but you have to ask even if you had written a note on the reservation request for "non-smoking."

Inget positivt att säga, en del var dåligt och resten sämre. Om man vill bo mellan Lidl och en bensinstation kan man bo där. Restaurangen var dessutom full med skrikande konferencier så vi fick köpa en smörgås på bensinstationen och äta det i rummet. Frukost var också en katastrof, kall mat, juice och kaffemaskiner som inte funkar.

Lo mejor la atención de todos, el conserje de la noche con mucho interés en arreglar un incidente del aire acondicionado que dejó de funcionar a la 1:30 de la madrugada y con 30 grados en la calle, nos cambió la habitación y pudimos descansar un par de horas, la media pensión en dos días increíbles de cantidad, calidad y amabilidad de los camareros, si no hubiese sido por el percance del aire acondicionado todo de 10

Habitación correcta, sin más, en un hotel que, si bien cumplirá la normativa para venderse como de 4 estrellas, no es lo que esperarías de un hotel de esa categoría. Está situado a las afueras de Alcañiz, en un polígono, al lado de una gasolinera. Hay sitio para aparcar. Su ubicación para mí no era un problema porque fui a la zona por asuntos profesionales, pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta, porque está alejado del centro urbano. La habitación que me dieron, en el primer piso, tenía una cama aceptablemente cómoda y almohadas normales. Limpieza justita porque había restos de tierra en el suelo, y era mejor andar con zapatillas, que por experiencia siempre llevo en la maleta. El baño estaba bien, es grande, pero con bañera y media mampara. Lo peor fue el desayuno. Es de tipo buffet pero muy justito y no vale para nada el precio que cobran. Creo que, además, no me esperaban (un trabajador me admitió que les habían dicho que ya había dejado la habitación por la mañana...¿sin desayunar?) y todo lo que quedaba, poco más de las 9 de la mañana era un poco de huevos revueltos con trozos de salchicha, fríos y malos como pocos he probado, embutidos, pan de muy mala calidad y muy pocas cosas mas. Entiendo que, en efecto, no me esperaban y estaban recogiendo. De hecho, me hicieron sentarme en una mesa al fondo porque estaban desmontando las mesas y preparándolas para el comedor (imagino). La maquina de café apagada. Tuve que pedirle un café con leche a uno de los camareros... Desastroso

Buen hotel y buena atención

Hôtel situé à l’entrée de la ville assez éloigné du centre mais qui possède un parking gratuit. Il y a un bon restaurant. La salle de bain est mal équipée avec une baignoire et non une douche à l’italienne et pas de joint pour la paroi de verre donc on met de l’eau de partout !

hotel con habitaciones muy amplias, comodas,el personal muy atento, en el resturante comida de buena calidad y cantidad el precio siempre puede mejorar pero lo encontre aceptable la limpieza podria mejorar un poco sobre todo en el baño. volveria a reservar en este hotel si se diera el caso
