Apartment was amazing, the spiral staircase to the second bedroom and en-suite with the huge corner bath was a bonus. Only minor negative which didn’t really impact our stay but was annoying at chill time was the tv was tiny and placed away from the sofa. Hotel was only 15 min walk to los christianos beach, 20 min walk to Veronica’s. Large Supermarket was opposite for all you need if self catering.

Walkable to main areas and the beach in 20-30 mins. Room did have several cockroaches running around. Were told we could pay for a late check out the night before leaving, but in the morning it was no longer possible which was disappointing, especially as the hotel was so quiet. Overall good value for money

This complex is lovely, one bedroom apartment we got was really big with garden and a separate kitchen but as we unpack water from someone above was pouring through bathroom light. Complex almost full so were given a 2 bedroom /bathroom apartment that was huge, own garden and terrace facing the pool, absolutely amazing. We were worried it would be too far to walk to our usual places but just over 10minutes, slight hill on the return but well lit roads and didn't feel scary even at midnight. We got a taxi once and was less than five euros. Kitchen we well kitted out and we had lunch on the last day which was lovely, quick and inexpensive. Even when full had enough room for everyone at the pool. Would definitely return, so great value for money (for the one bedroom).

Was staying for few days after week spend up north. Place is nice and would stay again. Modern rooms, but didn't understand cleaning if they do just on some days as during my sray it was not touched Also they seems to have offers staying and paying at reception what was much better than any booking system could offer

Very nice property, well looked after and freshly painted. Check in was very efficient and friendly. Never used the pool area but it looked very well looked after. Not much in the local area in the way of entertainment/restaurants but only a short walk to the town centres of Los Christianos and Playa De Las Americas.

overall it felt really safe comfortable and clean i wish there was an iron, you have to pay £20+ euros to get a key for the safe and the free wifi is only in the reception area not in the bedrooms.
