This was the perfect relaxing holiday that my family needed. The villa was spacious and had everything we needed. All of the staff were really pleasant except from the bar woman who was rude to us and had an attitude on numerous occasions. Which lead to me not going to the bar because it was a negative experience. The pool was amazing and the food was outstanding. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back. Thank you

Overall quality of the room was awful. Some of the plugs didn’t work. There were bugs and insects constantly crawling around, ants, spiders, mosquitoes and other insects! Some had been squashed against the walls and ceilings by previous occupants and you could see the marks of dead squashed insects on the paintwork. Corners of the walls were crumbling, shower was AWFUL, worst I’d ever had in hotel. Shower head was disgusting and hot water ran out in 8 minutes. Water leaked everywhere from the shower cubicle. One of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in, in my life! The hotel staff were very nice and helpful, this was the only positive, they were always friendly and polite. Food in the restaurant was good/ok. They had good gluten free options for breakfast also.

The hotel itself is a bit run down but it didn’t effect our stay at all. We stayed bed and breakfast and it was ok. They have someone making fresh omelettes to order so we ate that every single day. We never had lunch or dinner but based on the breakfast I wouldn’t choose to have all inclusive. The pool area is nice and well maintained. One of the smaller pools to the side was heated so was bearable in the winter. The gym is terrible, utterly terrible. They have 2 cross trainers that don’t work, a treadmill that needs some oil and only weights up to 10kg. Oh and the floor of the gym was carpet which was gross. The cleaners came every day and did a great job in the rooms and we got fresh towels daily. We didn’t have a kitchen in ours but asked for a kettle from reception which was no problem.

Small tranquil resort, friendly staff . Flat surroundings making it very easy for older people to be mobile. The food and restaurant was great. Free mini bus to 2 different seaside resorts, 20mins walk to the botanical gardens (free), thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The apartment was clean and the cleaning staff did a really good job each day. We got it at a very good discount so it was very good for the price. Only had breakfast included and it was pretty good, the cook did a pancake, sandwich, omelet or fried egg on demand. Not good for vegans or vegetarians though. We felt a bit in the middle of nowhere but there was a free bus ride to Maspalomas beach every day which was really good.

First visit to Gran Caneria. Complex was very good, lovely pool area and loads of sun beds. Staff were lovely and no issues with B/B and all inclusive. Very relaxing only issue was you needed to get a taxi if you went out of the complex. They were easy to get and about €4 most local trips.
