Eole Tarifa Rooms

The hotel staff was not present at the hotel even though it said front desk was staffed 10:00 to 14:00. They averaged 12 hour response times. Lighting was very poor in hallways, stairways and the room. If you don’t have an extension cord good luck using the very few outlets they have. In the sink the cold water didn’t work, so the only option was very hot water. The room had potential but lacked important details. I was looking forward to this stay and it left me so disappointed. The owners need to move on or actually participate in operations.

Clean, lots of space, great location

For our room the bathroom was NOT in the room, it was private. Lots of shared space and everyone that was there was quiet and respectful. Check in was smooth and instructions were clear. Parking could be challenging. No discount offered though it was mentioned on Expedia.

Pretty room. Hotel well located near the main street with the restaurants (Calle Sancho IV el Bravo) and the old town district. Limited office hours.

The property was perfect for our stay. We were doing a quick stay before a transfer. Room was very quiet and clean. Staff was very responsive and helpful.

We booked this place to stay one night and the place looks great except it does not have AC, this is a deal breaker for South Spain in the summer, their recommendation was to use a fan and open the windows that leave you no privacy.

The accommodation was beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The room was spotless, and had a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring Tarifa. The location was ideal — close enough to enjoy everything the town has to offer, yet quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. The communal kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor garden and terrace provided peaceful areas to relax. Overall, Eole Tarifa Rooms exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay in Tarifa. I would definitely love to return!

How quiet it is

Apartment itself was great & convenient to touring Toledo, but figuring out parking & finding the apartment were challenging having never been to Toledo.

This is a charming historical building in the heart of Old Tarifa. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a great shower. Special mention to Maria who went the extra to tuck away our suitcase so we didn't have to drag it with us on an overnight jaunt to Morocco. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, a nice place. Very central. Clean room and comfortable beds. Difficult to find parking though.

Beautiful, authentic, charming, and clean. There is no one on site. But, they are a chat away.

Very interesting place, close to everything, great communal kitchen. We were staying in January on a rainy day, room was cold. Fireplace in main lounge helpful.

Right in the heart of Tarifa's historic quarters, the place was really easy to find, clean, warm in a cold night, people were kind and very easy to check in despite late arrival and early departure. And great price. Highly recommend.

No bathroom in the room. Probably was written in the description, but I was just not booking a Hostel where that could be accepted. It was next to the room, just not convenient (specially with the kid). It was small bathroom and the shower area was constrained by the slope of the roof of the building and you are unable to stand to shower yourself. Doors where loud and could hear the neighbors. No TV in the room and horrible internet service. Basically not existing. So what do you do when you get back to the hotel, without tv and no internet? Also, woke up to some drunk girls stumbling into lobby around 6am and woke us up by being loud. (totally fine with me, just hated to be woken up at 6am, when I could have slept in before our next travel day). But, the location was good!

It was perfect

It was a unique stay. I loved the common spaces. It served its purpose for our one night stay. I loved the town of Tarifa. We found little bugs in our beds. They were like sand fleas. That might be common being so close to the beach.

Great location, very comfortable, highly recommend, hope to be in Tarifa again and we’d stay here!

You can’t drive to the hotel. You must park and walk. We could not find parking any where close to them- 1099 plus meters away. I use a cane and to drag my luggage that far on cobblestones was not possible. I ended up going to a different hotel and paying for it. When asked for a refund they said I knew the difficulties so therefore no refund. So be warned
